Excellent location, attentive and kind staff, beautiful building. Intimate and romantic.

If you want to stay in a piece of artwork, then this is a great spot. Very authentic, very Moroccan. The welcome tea was wonderful and they left us treats (fruit, desserts) in the room that lasted us a few days, a very nice touch. For the price, it is not worth it - and this is coming from easy-to-please travelers. The riad rooms are very small, the bathtub beautiful but functionally unusable, the spa has limited amenities (a single luke-warm pool compared to salt baths, experience showers, saunas, etc.), the location is in the old city, but still a fair walk (read: dodging cars on the street) to get to most shops, restaurants, and attractions. The pool is right in front of a restaurant, so you become the entertainment if you want to partake. The restaurants had very good food - but at 3X the price of other popular restaurants in the old city. We were expecting near-Four Seasons luxury, and were met with a small boutique hotel. Would not personally recommend for the current price point of this hotel.

I love this boutique hotel. Every room is different, the service is excellent & the terrace cafe magnificent.

The room was very hot. The AC did not work that well at all.

Attention to detail in impeccable! The design and architecture are truly breath taking!

The beautiful atmosphere and ambience is like no other place! Art, sculpture, history and amazing Moroccan architecture make it an incredible stay. The hospitality with the friendliest and most attentive staff. They can’t do enough for you. It’s in a perfect location within walking distance to the Medina and souks and all the sights! We had an unforgettable stay! Luxury at it’s best! 6 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff were friendly 1. We had to shorten our stay due to the presence of cockroaches in the bathroom, which made us very uncomfortable. 2. The air conditioning was only available in the bedroom. All other areas were not air-conditioned, which was inconvenient given the hot weather. 3. The price we paid was quite high compared to the quality of the service and overall experience. 4. The hotel is located in a very crowded and hard-to-reach area, tucked away in a narrow alley that’s difficult to access by car. 5- Towels and sheets are worn out.

Fabulous Road in a slightly dodgy area. Tremendous staff, beautiful architecture. Great breakfast The staff and presentation can be a little bit precious. precious. We like some fun. My charging wires were messy. The staff tidied them individually and put little leather clips on them wonderful really Tidy touch precious Has to soften them up and smile
