GREAT location and I loved nearly everything about this place. Wish it weren't so expensive.

Upon arrival we were informed that the Hotel was under renovations and that construction would start daily at 8am. Due to this unexpected activity, we were not able to use the amenities and were unable to stay in the accessible room (walk-in shower) we booked and prepaid for. My mom was never able to take a shower during our entire stay as she's handicapped. When I asked to switch rooms (prior to checking in), I was told they could not accommodate any change requests. To say the least, I was very disappointed with my stay there.

I loved the suite with kitchen amenities. Large room and bath. The staff was excellent and so friendly. The only downside was breakfast, everything barely warm or cold. Restaurants within walking distance.

I stay here a couple of times a year. Usually I throughly enjoy my stay but not this time. The staff in the evening and the last 2 day of my stay were fabulous. I did not get maid services even though I asked for them. I had to keep asking for towels and such because I did not have maid services. They did come one day while I was in the shower so I asked them to come later, I think they did but only emptied trash and nothing else. My water was shut off while in the shower a different day, I was told they were trying to fix a problem in another room. They did apologize but that’s about it. One day my keys quit working so again up to the front desk. There were just several things that made this stay frustrating. Oh and Marriott has apparently decided that showers don’t need doors (I’m at another location they have the same set up) and so your legs freeze while in the shower. It’s really hard to shave your legs when they are freezing. So overall I don’t think I’ll be staying at Marriott again.

Breakfast was not very good. Runny scrambled eggs, bacon not crisp, biscuit with sausage not appetizing, frozen Belgium waffles tough and hard.

I could hear a fan somewhere. I turn everything off and could still hear a fan.

Super friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. We appreciate full size refrigerators so we can refreeze our ice blocks used in our coolers when traveling.

For a newish property, maintenance seems to be falling down a bit: one of the in-shower bottles had come unstuck from the wall and perched in a basket; bare patches of stucco on the building exterior, formerly fluffy towels appearing thin.

We had to ask to have the room sept, there was garbage in the stairwell, and we had a silverfish bug fall from the celling onto our open luggage. The people we courteous and was able to refund us for the remaining nights of stay.
