The property was well maintained and the room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was great except don’t come in close to closing or they won’t get you anything. The reception staff were very nice!!!

There was bugs in the room, toilet didn’t want to B refill, sink was clogged and slow to drain

He gave a map of the hotel, and said go this way for elevator, sign did not reflect that there was an elevator that way. Breakfast was ok, staff in charge was sitting at the bar and playing on his phone the whole time we were there. Dirty towels were visible near the food.

The Best Western Plus Longbranch hotel in Cedar Rapids is a nice hotel for the price. However, my family and I stayed on the 4th floor and had to take a skywalk to the complimentary breakfast every morning. (A very long walk) The pool, hot tub, and game room is definitely a plus at this property. The water pressure for the showers definitely needs to be increased or the showerheads need to be replaced to improve the water pressure.

The room was nice and beds were comfortable. The inside of facility was really nice--lobby, pool/game room area etc..Plenty of parking and a lot of shopping, restaurants in the area. There wasn't very much water pressure in the shower and the tv kept losing internet so hard to watch anything without interruption.

Staff is always friendly and handle all questions and requests I always ask for a first floor room and they assure that I will be in one.

Don’t know why breakfast had such high marks on reviews, looking it over I only had coffee.

Overall, we had a decent stay. The hotel is old—and it shows—but they appear to maintaining the entire hotel. Upgrades would make this more enticing, especially in the pool/sauna area. Our room was quiet even outside of the pool area. Breakfast was good, hot and fresh.
