I think the hotel needs some renovation for the price and location. I didn’t like the idea that they came to clean your room every three days but location was great

The staff is phenomenal. Shout out to Antonette. She is a gem. The property looks like it is going through an upgrade process, but overall, it is a decent place to stay. Once upgraded, it could be a really nice property. It was quiet, close to main eateries and decently maintained for the most part. The bistro, and work areas are a very nice addition. The workout room could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, we would stay again.

It was a clean room, convenient location to Truist Park (our reason for going).

Always great service with Daphne at the front desk. She has been taking care of me for probably over 30 stays at the old windy hill location, now she is here. Rooms are always clean and service is excellent. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

I asked get my room to be made up and it was not done even after calling front desk and contacting a housekeeper on the floor i was staying at.

Move rooms. The room we were moved into the air was broken. We were then moved into a third room, under the chair was old food so it obviously hadnt been moved to be cleaned. It is a decent hotel but definitely needs a better cleaning and the things fixed to upkeep the hotel itself.

There were a few maintenance issues, however. The bathtub drained very slowly, and the toilet also had drainage issues. The air conditioner needed to be left running continuously because whenever I set it to 73 degrees and left the room, I would return to a musty odor that smelled like dirty carpet, almost as if the room had been a smoking room at some point. Additionally, none of the trash cans had garbage bags, which was inconvenient. Parking was also a challenge. A pickup truck with a trailer was taking up several parking spaces, and by 10:00 PM there were very few spots available. It would be helpful if the hotel designated specific parking areas for oversized vehicles and trailers so they don't occupy multiple guest parking spaces. Overall, the staff was excellent, but there are a few areas that could be improved.

I left behind a few shirts hanging in the closet. and they wouldn’t even talk to me personally. They told me to go to an app to retrieve the forgotten items. I did that-nothing. I called back-go to the app-nothing. The app tells you nothing either.They just push you off like it a you problem. Once you check out they drop the customer service routine. I’m very disappointed.and feel like the staff stole our items. They

We spent a night here on our drive from Louisville to Miami. This is a nice,. comfortable hotel in a safe location conveniently off the Interstate so we didn't have to venture too far off the highway and were able to jump back on early next morning. The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

There was a duck swimming in the outdoor pool. I don’t wish to share the pool with wildlife. There were some maintenance issues noted in the room but very nice for price I paid. Bathtub very slippery and shower curtain hung to high. Barely went into tub.

If you like being overcharged for everything but the room book this hotel. Well actually they overcharge for the room based on the condition it was in.

My favorite place to stay in marietta. I will say I was disappointed my ice cream was melted and refrozen but it was still okay. That's literally the only complaint I can find. And if I had took it back I bet they would have gave me something else. I definitely recommend it.

The rooms are starting to show there age room was clean but dated. The hall noise was very disturbing and the main light switch for the room did not function. Staff was friendly.

Overall, the staff was nice. However, the hotel itself was not a good experience. The room needs updating, and the light fixtures had rust. I was on the 1st floor, and the door was not very secure. It did not seem safe. The toilets also clogged, and the property was short staffed. I decided to check out early and book another hotel because it was such a bad experience. I would not recommend this property.
