The staff was very nice and friendly. Everyone that I encountered the breakfast was good. They just need to fix the waffle maker, but the rooms were clean. Showers were clean. All of the amenities were in the room and very useful and I really appreciate that it has a refrigerator and a microwave in the location was a very well. Kept comfort in great job.

The room is very basic, shower and toilet are located together , however the sink is located near the sleeping area.

But the maintenance of the room was very poor and the cleaning worse, the bathroom was not cleaned, there was no hairdryer, the floor was impossible to walk in barefoot and we forgot our sleepers/flipflops. And was too noisy all night long.

They gave me a room at the end of the hall near an outer entrance so I didn't have to bring my dog thru the lobby or take her to far up the gall. It was located very conveniently to where I needed to go. They are a pet friendly hotel with 2 tiny & I mean tiny spots of grass for dogs & I don't remember seeing details about each room not having a microwave

This was a nice stay in a clean room at a great price. Everything comfy, breakfast good, easy access to the interstate. No issues there, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would stay again if need be, but prolly will go to a quieter facility It was noisy, very noisy. The walls are a little thin and lets just say, one could hear everything going on in the next room as well as the hall and outside

The staff was EXCELLENT - friendly and warm. The breakfast was good. Lighting in the room was the best I've EVER seen! I could work easily without feeling like I needed more light. My sink was stopped up. I had to ask for a different desk chair - mine was broken. The place looks like they're trying really hard to make things nice, but there are some maintenance issues.

It was okay not good somewhere to stay in 2 days. Made some complaints about the room, nothing didn't happen, breakfast was okay, it's advertising a pool, no pool. Just a place for in and out.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable! The breakfast was definitely a plus and it was good food. The carpets definitely need to be cleaned or replaced.

This wasn't a pleasant stay for me. My first room was a little suspicious. My room door was open when I arrived. Also I didn't sleep well due to someone constantly slamming the door. I was moved to a different room. Housekeeping didn't change bedding until my last night stay of 4 days 3 night which looks like a child made their bed. Horrible stay.

This place is filthy. Bathroom had someone’s old personal bar soap all over the metal soap dish. It wasn’t even the hotel’s brand, so no excuses that it was maybe missed. There was some kind of dried spills all over the shower pan and bathroom floor, with gym shoe foot prints. No missing that one! The bathroom pocket door had a cockroach on it. Sheets and pillow cases had yellowish stains all over. Rugs were so dirty our socks had dirt stains. We were there for overnight only. Exhausted when we arrived. DO NOT BOOK this place! $161.00 for what!!!??? TV downstairs in lobby so loud the base kept us up during night. So disappointed

When I checked in I had no choice to pay hatver they asked, or lose my pre-paid reservation. Then, the desk would not let me pay directly to the hotel, instead I had to sign in to an App and give a third party information that I was not comfotable providing. Booking.com shoulf require full and clear disclosure when a venue charges for parking. I heard anoher guest complain after me.

The room smelled musty and the duvet they had on the bed was moldy inside. When I took it downstairs the woman at the counter told me it wasn’t mold it was just the cotton sticking together. It was black.

Went to get breakfast at 6:20 and there were no lights on in the room and nothing stocked. I don’t know if someone called off or what. We went to McDonald’s next to eat. I was disappointed with this hotel even though the reviews were saying it was good. The only thing good I guess is the room was clean.

It’s good place for a one night stay. It was close to the braves stadium. Things that need attention, the beds were wore out, the pillows were to small, I wish the sink for the bathroom was closed off. Also the shower door glass door would creep open and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Breakfast was good

The hotel itself was clean and beds comfortable. However, we had to leave at 4 Am and didn’t get any sleep due to people being extremely noisy and loud. We kept hearing banging all night long. I would not stay here again for that reason!

This property is horrible, the rooms are extremely small, the bathroom is super small. The A/C did not cool the room, my kids constantly complained about being hot and could not properly sleep because they were hot

We booked this hotel because it was advertised to be .3 from Truist Park. It is not. We were going to walk to the game from the hotel. Instead took an uber. Was very disappointed in this hotel. Will never stay there again

Shower setup and did not like the pocket bathroom door. Also the continental breakfast was empty and no one servicing it until I went and ask for assistance.

Second stay here and not disappointed. The staff or owners whichever they were are great hosts and very hospitable. We noticed our air conditioning wasn’t working and I went to the front desk and within 30 minutes, the maintenance man changed the entire unit out with a brand new one. We were offered some compensation but it was unnecessary I felt because they had got the issue resolved so quickly. We will definitely stay here again. Many upcoming trips for baseball and they will get my business.

We arrived very late at night and the staff was very friendly and professional and made our check in super fast and easy. I always check for other people's reviews and we noticed that a previous costumer had complained a bout bed bugs showing a picture of a lady bug. We always check for any signs of bed bugs and did not find any, the room was very clean. We did see a lady bug in our room, however, to us seeing a lady bug, it is a sing of good luck. For the price and service, I definitely give a 5 out of 5!

The staff was the best part of this stay. Other than that, i have no reason to ever come near this property again. We had to switch rooms three different times. The first room only had a queen bed- I'd reserved a king. The second room had a moldy/mildew-like smell, nasty carpeting, and a couple of the lights didn't work. The third room was better. However, there was pink mold on and around the shampoo and conditioner dispenser; and something blackish-brown in the corners of the shower. Also, the parking lot was a mess. Vehicles were parked all over the place in the back of the complex where we parked. Two vehicles had my car blocked in and when I asked about the cars being moved, I was told that they have no way of knowing whose vehicle it was and there was nothing that could be done. Because of this, I ended up missing the gathering that I was in town to attend. During check-in, though, the front desk attendant named Kisha was very helpful.

Clean, friendly staff, great offering for breakfast. The nightshift worker was amazing. My baby was being so fussy and we ran out of milk. I went down to the counter to see if they had any to purchase. Unfortunately they did not but she gave me a cupful from the breakfast carafe. Any went right to sleep! She was an angel

First room we were in had a clogged sink and air wouldn't go under 65°. Was moved rooms without issue staff was very friendly . Second room was great ! No issues . Breakfast had a great selection and was good. The pancake machine was stuck with pancake charring inside so it did smell slightly burned in the breakfast room but nothing that wasn't tolerable . They had syrup, chocolate syrup, and caramel syrup for waffles - never seen that anywhere else . Kid was very impressed. Check in and check out were a breeze no issues at all and very very fast. Would stay again.

Hi the staff and breakfast was lovely.. My only negative was the clientale was constantly opening and slamming doors and talking loudly all night long, I was awakened almost every hour by squealing or laughing or doors slamming until about 4 am then others started packing out or departing by 6 am.

The stay was short, but very pleasant. The room was very nice and close to the elevator which helped very much. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice, courteous, and gave us a great place to enjoy our dinner that was just perfect for us.

1st room smelled musty and moldy, 2nd room had a urine smell, halls reeked of weed smoking. The area did not seem safe. Avoid this hotel and area.

1st room smelled musty and moldy, 2nd room had a urine smell, halls reeked of weed smoking. The area did not seem safe. Avoid this hotel and area.

I scheduled this stay based on the reviews and would love to leave a good one as well. The front desk staff member was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend.

I've stayed here several times when in the area. Convenient from I75. Always a friendly staff, especially Keisha at the front desk! Always a friendly

The property was clean but no pool and rooms very small. Reception desk was very kind. Breakfast was the same everyday and was from 6 to 9. They would start putting it away early so u better get it quick. Our room got flooded from a leak in another room and we had to move rooms around midnight.

Staff was courteous, facilities were clean and well maintained.

The staff were very helpful and friendly..kanshis was very helpful for places to eat ..and suggested places to visit

Breakfast was good first morning. Second morning no coffee or waffle batter, a little disappointing.

This hotel was great especially the host Keisha she was excellent and helping me and my wife decide what event to do for the day I recommend this hotel. The room was clean a big plus and most important the cost good and hotels smell good coming in

Beds 10/10 very comfortable

The property was very clean. Our room was clean, but the AC was possibly leaking. This caused the carpet to be wet and smelled really bad. We got in so late, it was too late to do anything. I did let the person at the counter at check out know there was an issue.

The location is a perfect distance away from the braves stadium. Other than that not much to brag about. There wasn’t a lot of variety with the breakfast offered.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. However, our bedding was dirty and the room reeked of weed. They were completely sold out so we couldn’t switch rooms. The front desk brought us up fresh bedding within 10 minutes

The room they put us in because we were a third-party purchase. It was really broke down. Phone was unplugged from the wall. Paint was chipped shower wasn’t that clean either. Not to mention they overcharged me by $236. I wouldn’t suggest staying here on a third-party purchase.

Breakfast was almost completely depleted when we got there 30 mins prior to end of breakfast time. Had to leave quickly a day early as I was informed that my mother was close to death. Front desk refused any compensation for unused day, merely stating that it was after check out time. No compassion for what I was going through. Not even an “I’m sorry about your mom.”

Not secure property, lock on hotel room doom did not work. Very congested area with sketchy people in parking lot. Secured doors in back of hotel tat you have to use a room key did not latch properly and was propped open.

There were bugs on the beds kids woke up with bites, cannot recommend it if it happens to someone else.

Very nice! I would stay again.

Keisha was exceptionally professional and very polite. She was also training an employee when we checked in and she was very patient and taught her trainee very well.

Horrible smell like a moldy basement in first room. Moved us to a second room that was a little better but reeked of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. Front desk was kind and tried to help the night we moved but the manager the next morning said they would do nothing as far as crediting our stay because they had accommodated us. This hotel should not be an 8 star. Overpriced for the condition of the hotel. Will not stay here again.

The main problem I had was there was only one ice machine and it was in the lobby. We were on the second floor so we had to go downstairs to the lobby to fill our bucket.

Keisha was ultra helpful at guiding us where to go during our stay. The room was nice and clean, and breakfast was good.

The property was very clean. The hotel was maintained and the beds were comfortable. Our only issue was the driveway is steep...we are relocating and the vehicle bottomed out on the driveway due to the quick transition of a hill.

Nothing negative to say about this property. Stayed one night while in Atlanta for a Braves game. Staff extremely pleasant and professional, clean, comfortable bed and pillows, nice breakfast, affordable. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was fast. Room was clean. Hotel was quiet. Bed very comfortable. Location is quick and easy travel, if heading north out of Atlanta.
