We got a very last-minute deal on this room, and we absolutely loved it. The hotel has an old-fashioned feel, but is extremely updated and clean. The beach access is great, and the front desk is small but very helpful. We will definitely be back to Marco Island!

Room was very clean, spacious, but there was no body lotion in the room.

This resort is absolutely beautiful and I will definitely return in the future. They do provide beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. I recommend using them if you aren’t going down to the beach early in the day— they sell out fast on the beach!

We stayed on the 10th floor and the gulf views were spectacular. The valet parking was great and the valet team was extremely fast, friendly and welcoming. One confusing and misleading thing we found were the images of the rooms. Photos of rooms show an image of a larger fridge, and also a larger bathroom, with dinner tables. When we arrived and asked for a room with a larger fridge, as well as a table, we were told all rooms have the same style mini fridge and no tables. Travelling with a baby we needed a larger fridge to store food, and a table to have dinner on etc which apparently were not available, even though photos show larger style refrigerators (and units as well) with tables in them. The resort needs to do a better job in advertising what they do and do not offer inside their rooms as it is quite confusing knowing which room you will receive.

The property is excellent, very clean and quiet, everything is nearby, and the staff is super friendly and attentive, I recommend it 100%.

Room was with ocean view as described when I booked. Valet parking was included so that was a plus. The walkway to the beach was clean. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Restaurants are nearby. It was a perfect place for a weekend getaway.
