Was a bit packed with people, little too commercialized for us.

To be 100% honest, the only thing that makes this hotel/resort nice is the amenities. Easy access to pool and beach. Other than that, there’s nothing that makes this hotel worth $900/ night AT ALL! Staff is mediocre, rooms are mediocre at best. Our room had a toilet that did not at all flush. They sent someone multiple times to attempt to fix it, but the end result was a not working toilet our entire 2 day stay. The pool towels they gave us were dirty (literally had kids Cheeto finger marks all over the towels). The bathrooms by the pool were disgusting. The lawn chairs by the pool were covered and spotted with black mold. This hotel has potential but— needs a lot of work.

The spa was amazing and I highly recommend. Lots of kids and things for kids to do but you can find spots where they are not allowed. Views are amazing and the staff goes over and above!

The structure and the facilities are amazing! The restaurant front and some employees from the beach area are not very friendly. You have to be sure they are trained to offer a better experience for guests.
