It was a very nice comfortable room. Great location. The nonrefundable pet "deposit". Call it what it is. A pet fee.

We liked how it was in middle of downtown and it was a very unique place to stay. The staff were absolutely wonderful people. The curtains are mechanical, and we were driving 6 hours home the next day so needed to sleep but the curtains in our room were all broken. One was stuck up so everyone could see inside, and the others only had this like sheer thing down, so all the lights from downtown were inside our room the entire night. The bathroom also had a sheer, see through thing and the main curtains wouldn't work so it made taking a shower extremely uncomfortable. It was very bright with little privacy the entire night. I told the staff and they couldn't move us to another room, but offered to give us some sort of discount, which I haven't seen yet, so that part made us pretty unhappy. We barely slept. The view was beautiful of the architecture but didn't want to see it all night long.

Great location. Nice restaurant on-site. We arrived around 2 pm but were not allowed to check in early nor leave our bags at the hotel. We were able to at least park our car with the valet so we were able to walk around the town.

Had to wait over an hour (after 4 pm check in time) to get our room. The rooftop bar food was terrible to say the least and we ordered 3 different items, all were DISGUSTING. Do not eat there. Room was clean and view was amazing. Hotel is in a great location to everything you want to do in Macon.

Location. Valet is extra charge but service was A+++ No parking. Can valet for extra fee. Valet was well ran w/ prompt service.

I did not like anything about the property because our reservation got canceled without out approval. We had this reservation for over 3 months. We live 4 hours away and when we were about 1 hour from the property, we got an email saying our reservation was cancelled. The hotel just up and cancelled our reservation on their own. We tried to call the property and no answer. Booking tried to call and to my knowledge, no answer. Our explanation from booking is that the property can’t accommodate our reservation. We had the reservation for over 3 months and they, all of a sudden, say they can’t accommodate us??!!?? BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY. You CANNOT trust them to do what they say they will. SEE ABOVE ^^^^^

I love the feel of this property. It displayed some of the rich history of Macon, GA complemented with great staff and amenities. Great food on property and very close to a lot of resturants and museums.

This was a horrible stay. Elevators weren’t working. People were complaining about a woman screaming. There was a man bleeding from head in hallway. I was kept up from 12:30-4:30 am by people screaming outside my door. Eventually cops came and broke into room across the hall and things quieted. It was scary. They did refund my stay at least.
