Friendly staff. Newer and pretty clean. Signage states linens will be cleaned every 3rd day, but if you need clean towels, more soap, they will take care of your needs. Breakfast was decent ... always sausage, potatoes, cereals, hb eggs, waffles, sweet rolls ... weekends sausage gravy and bisquits

Spacious, clean room, basic fitness room with cardio equipment only and basic continental breakfast.

It was very good for the price. I understand that it was a minimalist hotel. But to not even have any cups in the bathroom or conditioner. We did not know to bring our own supplies.

Great location, our room had a great view of the mountains and the beds were comfortable. That is where the positives end. Everything else was not good. Front desk lady didn't greet me, wasn't cheerful and didn't even want to get out of her chair from the office when I arrived. She just leaned back in the chair and asked what I needed. When I said I was checking in, I think I ruined her night by making her get up. However the guy in the morning at check out was friendly. Next, our room was not cleaned properly, someone's old food was left in the fridge. Regarding the property, there was a plastic bag covering something in the ceiling. Taped up and just looking really trashy. The carpet was sooo filthy and pieces of the carpet were peeled up. Breakfast was not good either. We are 3 people who are not picky about food and we couldn't finish after a couple bites. I will not stay here again if im in the area.

Location was great for us to get to and from the Northern CO Regional Airport. The room was comfortable and clean. We DID NOT get a wakeup call as requested the night before. No one ever came to the desk in the morning as we were leaving our room key cards. Fruit provided by the "cook" was spoiled with bad spots.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was ok. The room was clean and was able to get a good nights rest.

When I first arrived, the young lady at the front desk was very polite. But once I arrived in the room I realized I had made a mistake. There is no coffee pot in the room. I’m not even sure the last time o stayed in a hotel without a coffee pot. The ceilings are very tall and there is one little light in between the two beds that doesn’t remotely light the room well. The floors were laminate flooring, so the dust was very obvious. The bathroom was the worst part. Very little room at the sink, and the lighting in this room was pathetic also. I ended up trying to do my makeup in on the bed near the light! The shower is walk-in and has a shower curtain that isn’t long enough, so when you take a shower water goes everywhere. The grout is BAD. It obviously hasn’t been properly maintained or cleaned. The bed wasn’t bad, except the bedding was so thin that I had to take the bedding off the spare bed and use it also in order to stay warm, and the air conditioning wasn’t even on! I have stayed a few places in Loveland and all have been nice and clean. Just spend the extra money and stay somewhere decent because this place is NOT worth the money.
