My Place Hotel - Loveland, CO

I loved how helpful the front staff was, how quiet the rooms were when people were waking outside the door and how clean the entire place was. We even had some strange problem where our TV was having issues and the front desk person came to our room to help us. Amazing staff. 100% staying here everytime I come to loveland

This hotel was a pleasant surprise for me. It was the first time I stayed at a My Place hotel. It was well worth the price. It was a clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional.

Kitchen has a full sized residential refrigerator/freezer and a 2 burner stove. However, there is not an oven, nor cooking utensils, nor pots and pans. There is a microwave.

Every thing Amber and all the staff was wonderful, very helpful and very nice!!! I will recommend My Place to anyone looking for a hotel in Loveland and we will use it every time we go to Loveland!!!! NOTHING!!!

Having stayed at a My Place in Cheyenne previously, was sure this was a good choice & it was! Love the full kitchen & size of the room—price has always been very reasonable. Will be back!

The air conditioner was so loud I couldn't sleep. Not necessarily the hotels fault. If a rocket can land itself, why can't we get a quiet. When they bought these, didn't they test it a room from a guest's perspective.

Room was very clean and well equipped. The full size fridge was a nice addition. Overall was a good experience.

The kitchen was equipped with a toast, drip coffee maker, refrigerator, dish soap, towels, and toaster.

The room was fine for a one night stay. We had to call down for a blow dryer and it was promptly brought up but anymore that is an essential room item.

Nice play to stay. Staff was great. Room was clean.

All my interactions with the staff were pleasant and helpful.

My Place Hotels are listed with a refrigerator, stove, kitchen sink, etc. The last one I stayed in had dishes and pots and pans. The cupboards were bare at this My Place. Not practical for someone going in for a long term stay, hoping to fix their own means. Additionally, the bathroom tile in our room had a burn imprint of the stove burner on it. Clearly someone had a pot at one time and perhaps was trying to move it to the tub. The burned tile needs to be replaced; it is unsightly. Rooms were otherwise clean and quiet.

There was a kitchenette in the room but they didn’t provide anything to utilize it. No silverware, pots or pans The coffee maker was provided but they only provided a large pot’s worth of pre bagged coffee grinds. I was alone so making a full pot of coffee was unnecessary and the coffee was a horrible quality brand. The room had a very unpleasant smell, like old food The room looked very clean though and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

We were surprised when we got there to see that there was a full size fridge and a small cooktop along with the little sink and microwave. The room was nice with two queen beds plenty of room for both of us. We had gone out and came back later in the evening and when we got into our room there was some dogs in the room next to us barking non-stop. So I went down to the check-in desk and asked if they would be so kind to move us. They ended up calling the owners of the dogs and I guess they came back but the hotel moved my friend and I to a completely different room on the first floor instead of the third floor. So I was happy that they accommodated us.

My whole family stayed at this hotel (6 rooms) and I didn’t hear one complaint from anyone. The one thing I would have to say is that there wasn’t any (small bar) soap for hand washing after suing the restroom. However, there was liquid dish soap at the kitchen sink. The toilet and facial tissues were the cheapest I’ve ever encountered. Other than that, the place met all my expectations. I would stay there again.

Took 15 minutes for the clerk to give us our room key. The room smelled, the floor was sticky, they were out of soap.

Room was nice and pretty large with a little kitchen area. There was some food left in the fridge from a previous guest but everything was clean other than that. Close to the interstate.

They had fresh coffee 24/7 in the lobby, so no matter how early I got up, I could grab a cup. The rooms are nice and quiet. The location is perfect.

It was okay. About what you would expect of an “economy extended stay “ place. Room had a funky smell which really bothered my allergies. Smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Room was supposed to be non- smoking

Terrence was awesome at the front desk. the room was clean. Love having a kitchen in the room. There's a little maintenance needed; the hallway carpet was a little dirty in the room had a few days and scuffs. Other than that a very good clean budget-friendly hotel. Also the outdoor landscaping was a little rough with over holes and rabbits everywhere and stickers in the lawn, ut it doesn't bother me

Only downside was no breakfast available, but Carl's Jr. is within walking distance.

The hotel is convenient to the Medical Center of the Rockies. We were looking for a place with a kitchenette, as we needed to stay for several days. My Place has a big refrigerator, which is nice. However, the stovetop is pretty useless, as no pans or utensils are provided. I can understand this, as there is no dishwasher, but then … why bother? It was a little frustrating. The staff were very kind and helpful, however, and moved us when the refrigerator in our first room was not working.

In the room beds, there were much (of other people's) hair in the sheets and blankets. The floors were not vacuumed. We switched to another room and the second room was no better. The front desk said they would have Expedia refund the amount of the room and a refund was forwarded to Expedia. We never even stayed in the room! How do we apply for a refund?

The staff went above and beyond! I had gotten a package and forgot to pick it up. The woman at the service desk brought it up to my room. I liked the efficiency kitchen and the shower. The bed was comfortable too.

Unfortunately one room that was booked, Rm212 which was an accessible room had a very strong fish odor.

Everyone on staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The building itself is a little dated, but reasonably well taken care of and everything felt very clean.

I needed a cheap, last minute option for my sister's graduation and this hotel fit the bill. No frills, just needed a bed and shower. Added bonus of having a full fridge and 2-burners if I wanted to eat in.

All the staff that i encountered (James to name one) were all very friendly and helpful and made the check-in/check-out process easy and pleasant. Great view of the mountains. The room was clean and very comfortable. Will use this as my new go-to place.

Great place for an extended stay

I loved that there was a little kitchenette in the room and a hamper for clothes. The room was set up like a home away from home. I will say, that enormous pothole at the entrance to the driveway could stand to be fixed.

Staff was pleasant. Dish soap and paper towels were provided. Hallway to room smelled like cigarette smoke—been a hot minute since I’ve smelled that in a hotel. Big, dark curly hair ball in bathtub. Kitchen sink faucet not properly secured. Microwave sounded like it was going to explode when we used it—it was SO loud. Definitely don’t consider this one “my place”.

For a no frills place, a place to sleep while u run around absolutely great.

A noisy fridge and elevator made sleeping a challenge, asked not to be added to member program and was, then charged for the night despite having paid via Expedia (and I did ask when I gave my credit card for the deposit and pet fee), but there's a great bar with live music nearby called The Boot. Overall just ok.

The staff was very friendly, no breakfast, and the order of the facility smelled like cooking food and lingered in the rooms.

Our room was canceled after we communicated with them that we would be running late and then they tried to charge us $300 for a room for the night with one bed after we had already reserved a room.

The sink stopper was broken. We were happy to see a refridgerator, but did discotil the morning it was not working although it was on. The front desk person was less rhan friendly, however she did fix rhe sink issue.

Basic accommodation. Good value. It's like a nicer Motel 6. Nothing fancy, but clean and in good repair. I had the last room at one end of the first floor. It was surprisingly quiet. Everything worked as it should and the bed was comfortable.

The staff was excellent. The room clean. The in room coffee was good. We rented an accessible room and that is what we received. The room was clean but dated. Needed the bed to be higher to aid in transfer of my spouse from the bed to the wheelchair. There was no place in the room for me to sit comfortably. Could use a space in the bathroom for personal items. Hotel was in a good location for where we went each day.
