Such a cool place to stay.

Thankfully, the desk person, Pamela, was able to move me to a quiet room in the back of the hotel for my second night.

Location

Cool place and location. Hours for breakfast and switchboard aren't accommodating for early morning or evening.

Exceptional

If you want a quieter room, as for one away from the pool. There is some noise close to the street. The bed was excellent and the room had anything you could want in a high design style. The lobby is welcoming. The restaurant Paseo was wonderful and should not be missed. Second stay here and would stay again.

The property look clean , the front staff was very professional and nice. The help me a lot , God bless them.

Couch and chairs were a little dirty and hairs were on the floors/couch. The bed was very, very comfortable and clean - and the bathroom was very clean. Really would have liked a desk as my boyfriend was working and expected a suite room would have a desk or a table (he used the small living room coffee table as a desk but I felt badly - paid for a more expensive room expecting there would by default be at least a table or desk - my fault for not reading the details). The neighbors and the outside were both thankfully quiet - but you could hear everything - if someone made the slightest movement upstairs you definitely heard it. Outside seemed safe and quiet. Parking in the back was good.

The sweet woman at the desk was amazing. I cannot remember her name however she has been there for several years. She is a middle-aged, black woman. She is the very best. She deserves a raise.

This should be a 199 or less per night type of place NOT 750 per night. Tiny rooms, amenities missing for this price point

Pamela at the desk is an absolute gem! She makes the experience A+++ Helpful, kind and knowledgeable about the community. Always willing and happy to assist!

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are very clean . The only thing is that you are able to hear everything single noice from outside your room . But otherwise is beautiful. Customer service is great . Very welcoming .

Somebody busted out our window on our truck and 2 other vehicles would never stay here again
