The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was top notch . Halls were quiet. The blackout curtains was a nice touch to help me rest. I come to Louisville once a month this will be my my home while I'm in Louisville.

The pull out sofa was of zero use for sleep. Mattress was more of a blanket than an actual mattress. The bar going across prevented any sleep whatsoever. The room was otherwise great. and location was good. Won't stay again with more than 2 people.

Bed was comfy said my wife. The TV that could swivel was a nice touch. Didn't use the pool but looked like fun. Check in amd out was a breeze and staff were nice. The breakfast on-site was one of the best amd not much of a crowd.

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Downtown Louisville. The room was spacious and the breakfast was substantial. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The pool was a little small and there were elevator issues a few days that I was there. The hotel is convenient to multiple restaurants.
