The toilet had the wrong lid and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up. Had to hold it up. The pool was way too chlorinated and no hottub so didn't use. Had a difficult time get the window blinds to stay close, parking lots light very bright. The location of the hotel was by a major highway and there was zero shopping within walking distance. Plenty of fast food nearby though. If you dont mind the pool and the bedding, an ok place to stay.

The indoor pool was very nice. There were 2 doors to the room - one to the parking lot and the other one to the hall inside the building. It was quiet, too. All in all, a very nice stay.

The beds feel like plywood with a quilt stapled to it. So uncomfortable. Breakfast they ran out of coffee by 9am. Staff was good, very friendly.

From the tome we checked in until the time we checked out everything was great. The only complaint I have is how uncomfortable the beds were. The floor was better than the beds along with thr chair in the room.

This facility, though I suspect it's far from new, feels much newer. Modern feeling, bright, clean. Our room (single king) was spacious, attractive, comfortable. quiet. The breakfast included, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit - far more than the typical continental breakfast fare. Overall, it seems equivalent to motels a higher price points.

The hotel was nice but the front staff charged us for the room after we had already paid through Hotels.com. They said the charge would be reversed but it hasn't happened yet. We contacted the hotel and are waiting on a response. Not too impressed with that situation for sure!
