Easy access to the airport. Room was clean breakfast was great. Would stay here again

Clean room and excellent breakfast.

The pool was green, murky, and smelled like fish. I picked the hotel for the indoor pool to swim with my daughter. It was disgusting. The staff was super friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast was good, but lacking in tea or hot chocolate.

The property was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was outstanding the eggs were real and not over cooked.

Like ours we ordered Chinese and had only that uncomfortable large space in the lobby to enjoy our meal and each others company after a long day except we had to share it with loud others and two different people wanting to sit with us and talk exceptionally loud on the speaker phone Ugh really ! But that’s all was available

Everything was great, staff was wondering

Everything was great except one thing. The need to get rid of the staff member who checked me in! She clearly does not want to be there. When asking her questions, it felt like I was stuck in an automated phone system that only had one response. She was condescending and not helpful at all! When I asked to change rooms because the room she gave me did not match the description of the room I reserved, she begrudgingly changed the room. While she was doing so, she said (under her breath, but loud enough for me to hear) "Now I have to mark that room as dirty". When I asked her about breakfast, she pointed down the hall and said "it's that way". She never provided me with the coupons I needed to to utilize the breakfast buffet. I had pre-paid for breakfast when making my reservation. This person needs to find a job that doesn't require her to work with the public.
