Cottonwood Airport & Expo Hotel Louisville

This was probably one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. There was a group of maybe 8 people who took over a common area that was blasting inappropriate music over a Bluetooth speaker while they got extremely drunk and allowed all their children to run around the other common areas of the hotel unsupervised and this went on until 1 am then when they went to there room they continued partying and blasting music while their children ran up and down the hallways screaming and knocking on doors. Overnight staff was called multiple times and they insisted they would “take care of it”. This happened for 2 NIGHT IN A ROW. We had no sleep and this made for a terrible vacation. Amenities listed on the page included soundproof rooms which is a lie. You could hear dogs barking for hours on end and children screaming. The bathroom was tiny and had no ventilation, the beds were uncomfortable and the location was in a sketchy neighborhood. Only thing I will say I liked was the breakfast and the friendly morning staff I was able to talk to about the incident.

The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast bar. The bathroom door would not fully open because the commode extended too far. I would stay here again.

Only bad thing is the bathroom tiny. Beds good and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast had some hot items as well as waffle maker and cereals

Breakfast was great, great variety.

Pleasantly surprised. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Reasonable price. Wonderful breakfast.

Friendly all around will stay again

Loved it there, bed was comfortable to sleep in. Bathroom was nice and clean. staff were so friendly too

Quiet clean property at a great price close to I-264. Plenty of price friendly restaurants nearby. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Robbie at the front desk for outstanding customer service. Will definitely stay again. Only downside no restaurant or bar on-site. Breakfast was good but rotating items more often would be a plus.

Clean room, amazing hot breakfast, comfortable bed

The breakfast was make yourself waffles. Egg and cheese mini omelets, biscuits, sausage and gravy. Sausage and the regular toast cold cereal and the like. The lobby has a mini store of snacks if you need later at night. The room has a nice size mini fridge. The bathroom however didn't have fan so it will get steamy.
