My car broke down traveling so I never made it for my room. Thought that’s what I paid the bill extra secure money for but I need a refund on it

Breakfast was great, but same items everyday, so if staying for multiple days, it can get boring. Pool was too chilly for being heated. Quiet place, no loud noises.

Wasn't allowed to check in for 2 hours sat in lobby with 100 other guests waiting on rooms to be cleaned

I made a payment for the wrong day by accident when i waa deboarding the plane. It was supposed to be on the same day i got off plane on the 17th-18th. But accidentally made it for later. I didn't realize it until i was en route to motel. You guys chose not to refund me when i gave you my explanation and kept my funds. Travelocity doesn't care for people's errors. NOT PLEASED WITH TRAVELOCITY. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND YOU AGAIN.

Nothing at all We arrived, dropped our bags, and left immediately to attend our nephew’s football game. When we returned and inspected the room before staying overnight, we found roaches in the bed, additional pests in the bathroom, and discovered that the shower would not drain.
