Close to my event The water faucet in tub leaked and wouldn’t turn off from dripping. The ice maker in the fridge didn’t work properly. No ice machine avail in hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel 4 times now during the derby, its been 2 years since the last stay and lets just say conditions are not great. The rust/dirtiness / bugs etc was horrendous. Don’t think I will be going back. Lost a customer. Also, I understand about being pet friendly but also think that the dogs should be on a leash when in the public areas of the hotel instead of just roaming around the lobby and hallway .

Even though we were told this was one of the rooms that had been renovated, the bathroom light switch was broken so the lights remained on, one screen was missing, the drain in the shower was loose, there was a tear in the cushion of the sofa, the toilet paper holder was loose.

We stayed for 3 nights for our daughter’s vball tournament. The place was packed, parking was sketchy in the back. Homeless guy hangs out in the terrace. Staff was really nice, very outdated. Bed was lumpy and pillows were flat. Bathroom had been updated but it needs to also be done with king size beds. When I reserved our room I requested a room with a pullout couch but it was not fulfilled. I liked the kitchenette, everything was functional.

Bathroom floor sticky. Shower floor not in great shape. Breakfast option would be nice. Staff was great! Friendly yet professional.

The toilet didn't flush right and the bathtub didn't work. Also, I saw your little email about downloading an app to check in.... get lost. Staff gave me a physical room key no problem. Lie to me like that again sucker see what happens.

Absolutely nothing There was no one at the facility to check us in. We waited an hour. No one ever came to the desk. We called all of the phone numbers. Corporate and everything. Never got to check in. Had to go to a different hotel.

The microwave in the room was faulty and emitting smoke, they would not change my room. That is a safety hazard.

The carpet was sticky feeling and there was no breakfast even though the listing stated there was free breakfast available. Also, the tub drain was incredibly slow compared to the Niagra water pressure. Water is is good to have but not at the expense of showering in an ankle-high puddle.

Friendly welcome. Pet friendly. Room a bit worn but seemed clean. Everything worked. Good kitchen.
