    Great location for going to the Derby. But I do not recommend the hotel. The lamp did not work. The TV was not connected to the internet and I addressed this issue multiple times with the staff, each time I was told they would fix the problem. Never attempted to fix it. Was there almost a week and could not get clean towels. Housekeeping does not come until you check out. Parking lot is way to small.

    It was filthy. They charged me a 50$ sec deposit that wasn’t part of my agreement. I paid it cash. They also billed my card 50$. Now they say I paid my dep via card. I did not. I paid cash and they handed me a cash receipt. I left ev

    It was under some construction, overly airfreshened, outdated, sheets had old stains, the breakfast area was near the construction and it was just toast, cereal and one regular household coffee pot. Also, they ask for an additional $50 refundable deposit.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful. The entrance/ramp was awful and very difficult getting the luggage cart in and through the doorway. Open butter dish in the breakfast area with a shared butter knife was unacceptable. Sometimes a shared bottle of jam was there also. The building is in need of repair. One spot in the room had a big dip and one mattress had a cavern; no one could have slept on that side. Refrigerators in the room was nice; it would have been good to have microwaves.

    Worst customer service I have ever experienced. First room, the tub faucet had steady water leak and bathroom floor was very weak and felt like you would fall through floor when stepped on. We ask for another room and that room was dirty and had no bed coverings. Then we had to ask for another room. We were never given an apology at all at any of the 3 times we had to change rooms - he acted completely bothered and was very rude during the whole experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

    I'm not sure if their was anything that I liked. Whenever I tried to do laundry the laundry detergent dispenser was empty and then they tried to charge me $5 for one single use packet. Then when I was showering their was mold covering the wall in the bath

    Nothing was good about the hotel. Arrived at the hotel, it was run down from the outside. Got room key, hallway smelled so awful, had an immediate migraine. Room was horrible, handprints on head board, sweat lines, toilet tank kept running, had a horrible smell. Stood there for 5 minutes and felt sick and asked for money back and they wouldn't give our money back. Contacted the hotel and still won't refund us for not staying there. When it jeopardizes a person's health, a hotel should always give the customer a refund!!! Do not stay here! There is much better places to stay and you can get to the airport fast. Avoid until they renovate the hotel is my suggestion.

    There is NO AIRPORT shuttle. Expedia has the wrong information. We were meeting a couple from England and purposely booked this Super 8 for the shuttle. My bathroom ceramic floor was cracked; the bathtub had the finish peeling off. My husband called the motel a "dump."

    Nothing !! We couldn’t even stay at the property. Construction was going on I think rooms were horrible and the smell was terrible asked for cancellation immediately after seeing our room . Requested a refund!! Do not reserve a room with this facility!! Nasty environment. Like I stated before unsafe dirty and smelly!!

    It was quiet and the staff were great. The carpet was sticky and we couldn’t get another hotel so I wore crocs the whole time. There was one towel in our room, I’ve never had to ask a hotel for towels before. Our key cards barely worked. The bed was so low to the floor and way too squishy. The room had a lot of wear and tear in it, and the lobby smelled strongly of heavy incense.
