Just a short walk from the beach. Breakfast was not a breakfast. Room and hotel not up to the cost for the room. Very over priced for the experience and stay.

It was excellent, it just it's in the heart of venice, so be prepared to be surrounded by pure venice

The hotel is located in a good spot for Venice and easily accessible. The rooms are a bit tired and it was expensive for what the hotel had to offer.

The balconies on our side had a great view. Loud on the side with views of the boardwalk and the main intersection.

Great location and the rooftop bar is great. Rooms are fine sized, not huge not small - fine for what we needed. I'd say the biggest negative was just the quality of the service - check in staff weren't very helpful, almost like we were imposing on them to stay there and check in. Service on the rooftop was equally poor - felt like they had never worked in hospitality before - again, we had to actually work to order food, get service. It feels like the location let's them really drop the ball on quality. I'd stay somewhere else and maybe book for a reservation at the roof top, but I wouldn't stay again

Location location location! Awesome vibey hotel in the midst of life on Venice beach. Chatted to Teracita, Lou, Maria - everyday. Super helpful team. Loved the Greek rooftop restaurant- and free use of bikes everyday. I’ll be back

Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. Although range of breakfast items was limited (coffee, juice, pastries, fruit, yoghurts) quality of the items provided was excellent. Staff were all really friendly and helpful.
