The property is very cozy and homely. The esthetic is beautiful, the staff were very warm, Lorik was amazing, he is very sweet and warm, with a happy energy. he was totally helpful and made my stay very comfortable. The structure of some room weren’t that great, especially the room with double door and toilet far from bedroom.

I liked that the hotel manager Jules was very attentive and made sure that my stay was comfortable. I liked that the hotel was walking distance from shopping areas and Buckingham Palace. The walls seem quite thin, as I could clearly hear the water running when the guest next door used the bathroom. Unfortunately, the plumbing noise travels both ways, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. But That is not the fault of the staff and i would definitely book with them again.

The staff are friendly and always willing to help guests. Room sizes vary depending on preference, but the suites provide a more comfortable stay. The bathrooms are well equipped with all necessary amenities, and the rooms are adequately heated during the winter. The location is excellent—just a 2–3 minute walk from Harrods and Hyde Park—yet the hotel is located on a calm and quiet street. Occasionally, there is a smell of sewage, which can be unpleasant, but this does not happen all the time.

This property is situated in an excellent location. The service was fantastic. I would gladly suggest this hidden gem to anyone traveling to London. My con was I was on the fourth floor which is recommend for the younger knees. The elevator only goes to the 3rd floor.

The location Helpfulness of the staff The clean room Super comfortable bed I wish the room I reserved would be with standing shower rather than bathtub and it would not be in the middle of the room. Nevertheless the reception did his best to change the room.

The location was perfect. The rooms were very cosy.

The property was unique and my room was well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The in room tea and coffee selection was also very nice. The staff was great! Jules, Alvene and Tony all went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Had a small issue on arrival where the water tank had run out of hot water for my shower. But it was a one time issue and didn’t have any other problems during the stay. Staff was very attentive and even had the issue investigated by a technician.

I liked the staff, the location, the cleanliness. I have liked so many things, but the one thing that I cannot compromise on (is actually the simplest of rights when staying in a hotel) is A Good Shower. The water pressure on the 4th floor room # 15 was so bad, that I had to go in my 5 night stay, twice to a salon and pay money just to wash my hair. The staff knows the problem. I have told them multiple times. It is a pity that the owners are not investing to fix the plumbing issue. I will only stay there again (because everyone was wonderful) once the owners decide to invest the plumbing and fix this issue.

It’s an amazing location and just around the corner from Harrods. The main dining room is nice. It kind of felt like they didn’t know what they wanted to be, and some aspects were poorly executed. It markets itself as a luxury townhouse experience, but then you check in round the back entrance in some tiny entrance with a member of staff sat on a stool with a laptop. In the mornings, the breakfast was really strange. There was a huge dining room, with just one table in the middle. And then a few sofas around, but there wasn’t really anywhere to sit if there was more than 3 people having breakfast. The service was a bit random too, staff don’t really wear a uniform and you’re told you can get room service if you WhatsApp them and they can try and grab you something from the store. The rooms are super tight too. If you put your suitcase on the floor and open it up, there’s basically no room to open the door fully. The property markets itself as a luxury townhouse, but at times felt like a budget hotel where the owners ran out of money half way through.

Great location nice staff very clean The elevator was not very good very hard to use didn’t work some of the time and I was on the top floor where it didn’t go luckily I’m in good shape so there was no problem, but I did not like the elevator at all and the water pressure was not good in the shower Hard to get my hair clean

Outstanding location. Nestled in the bustling luxury shopping area of Knightsbridge, this property is just minutes walk from Harrods and other luxury shops. The property has a lovely quiet terrace which is perfect for enjoying a wind-down after being in London rushing around. The main "library" guest area is large and quiet and the WiFi is fast and reliable. I managed to get some work done in peace and quiet, in between running around London being a tourist. The beds are the most comfortable beds I have experienced in an age. The rooms are clean and well appointed with the best of products provided - The White Company's Noir, which is one of my favorites. Most outstanding of all was the staff. They were attentive, helping us with all our needs from baggage wrangling to late night requests for bottled water etc. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and kindness of the staff that manage and maintain this property. A huge THANK YOU to them for making our stay exceptional in every way. Nothing. This is an oasis.

The property was clean and had character. There was a lovely garden for relaxing and the rooms were comfortable. The location is amazing! You could walk to Harrods, Harvey Nichols and the tube station within ten minutes and the several museums within twenty. Hyde park is also easily assessable from the hotel. Knightsbridge is a safe and convenient area to stay and the hotel is in a quiet street adjacent to it. The staff is very helpful and friendly! The amenities were great. It is an older building and had many charming features. It would be nice if the bath were updated with a shower that had a wall mount for the shower head. In the room I stayed in there was a large bath tub with a spray attachment in a recess of the room. There is no shower curtain or way to enclose the space from the rest of the room so it requires a little effort to bathe without getting water onto the rest of the room. I’m not sure if the other rooms are like that too.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt welcomed by Jules. The property is beautiful, and its location is fantastic. Overall design and cleanliness.

The room itself, though very clean, was a little tiny, but such is the case in period properties.

Location and staff are great!
