Location is excellent Hotel is so dated, there was a noise coming from the lift, they changed the room at the end but took some effort. Couldn’t charge my phone , had no English adaptor and plug in was fitting only old iPhones. Then they asked 5£ to use their adaptor.

Great location. 100 yards from Tube (with lift), 2 mins to buses, shops, restaurants, park nearby. Very good breakfast Friendly, courteous staff Lobby sitting area/bar furnishings are tired, lack charm Piped in music is AWFUL! Was disappointed there was no couch in my Club room, just one upright, low-backed armchair.
