House keeping needs to knock before entering

Rundown, Drug needles outside in parking lot, one was in stairwell of property awful. over charged my room also. Never again!

The electric lock fail. Our suitcase we had in room than lock fail. They did work on it for 1 hour or so. When we left next morning the staff said they were working on that lock the day before. They different room or a discount the next morning.

You get what you pay for with the price and the breakfast was pretty sparse but again, can’t complain for value for the area. Friendly staff.

The Non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes, the fire alarm was disconnected from the ceiling and the curtains had to be jury rigged to stay shut.

This was a quick stop along our road trip. Tv didn’t work, room felt worn. It was under $200- so I guess you get what you pay for. Morning front desk guy didn’t acknowledge me. Again- for a quick reset, it was fine.

Condition of hotel is in great condition and the proximity to airport, shopping and downtown is central. The exit ramp is a right turn only because of road island. If you need to turn left towards airport Find a way around before exiting. Mr happy needs cheer vitamins but the female staff is pleasant.

The hallway carpet was constantly soaking wet with a fan blowing on it for the entire week stay. The room had a cellar spider in the sink and another unknown small spider in the shower. Under the bed were multiple items of trash and food, including an edge of a condom wrapper that weirdly was placed in a small Ziploc bag. The desk chair was covered in food crumbs in a way that would only happen if someone wiped off the desk and let the crumbs fall onto the chair and then didn’t clean the chair. The good things are that I got the room for approximately $60 a night, free limited item breakfast, and no bedbugs were found.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. For seeing things it was a good location. If you see it from the outside the area looks trashy. That being said we gave it a chance and had no issues. The staff were amazing

Ac worked well. One of the mattresses had a gross brown/rust colored stain. When housekeeping came in, the job was incomplete. Beds weren't finished, no trash can liners put in and trash cans not even put back in proper place. Price way too high for location.
