The breakfast area was also unsatisfactory. The carpets were heavily stained, and food items appeared to be left out for extended periods throughout the day. Another major concern was housekeeping. Our rooms were not serviced daily. My traveling companion could smell marijuana in the hallway, which added to the negative impression of the property. When he asked a housekeeper to refresh his room, he was told, “You’re a stayover guest and not on the list. You have to talk to the front desk.” Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service fell well below expectations. Based on this experience, I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to others.

Pool was not heated hot tub hot tub didn't work there wasn't enough breakfast food and the rates weren't that cheaper much cheaper using booking.com

The room was clean and the property was well-maintained. However, the hot tub was not hot, which was a bummer after a long drive. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

1st floor room. Very very noisy after 11 pm. The breakfast buffet was not well provided. Hardly any eggs and no breakfast meat. Coffee was out. No attendant to be found. Would not stay here again.

This was not a good hotel at all. Upon arrival, the staff was already having a disagreement with one other customer because their room didn’t have air-conditioning and somebody had put a box fan outside of that room and she didn’t believe she needed to pay for that room without any air-conditioning. So then I check in and first he switched my rooms about three times then the room he finally gives me it’s a king and you’ll see on my reservation I specifically reserved for two queens. So I go to the front and tell him that I needed two queens he said that his system says king he made me pull up my reservation and show him that my reservations at two queen and then told me if I could wait 20 minutes for them to clean the room. I explained to him what’s the process of checking out at 11 and having checking at three if the room wasn’t cleaned. He said it’ll be 20 minutes. We had plans to take the kids swimming and we had to be at a concert. We got there at 3:15. We didn’t get in till 445 in our room. The pool was freezing cold. The hot tub was freezing cold. After we had been waiting an hour, I went to him and told him that I would just clean the room myself because we needed to get in the room. And as we were going in the room, the lady was mopping the floor with a napkin. I am super disappointed and I’m super upset that I paid for this room and received nothing that I paid for. for breakfast nothing was stocked. They overbooked when we were in town for a concert without many other options. I had already paid and checked in online. Sorry, we canceled your room! They were rude and very unapologetic!!!!

The room was uncleaned when I arrived. Stuff in the trash can, stuff all over the bathtub, and everything was stained. Overall, the hotel was not clean at all and it looked like they do not clean in between guests.

We arrived to our room with NO towels, no kleenex, not much tp, and a dirty bathroom. When I went downstairs to ask for missing items the worker seemed annoyed. He appeared to be the only one there so maybe he was tired from a long day of work but so was I. I definitely won't be staying there again.

The breakfast menu was sparse, no fresh fruit and no bread for toast. The orange juice was empty of concentrate so only slightly orange-colored water dispensed. In a 2-Queen bed room only 2 sets of towels were stocked. There had been a sports team staying the night before, so it was unclear at initial check-in if room was even ready, and the desk staff did not explain this well.

Pool area was absolutely discusting. No towels were provided. Looked like it jad not been cleaned in years. Elevator very dirty. Spiders and bugs in the halls. Used bandaids all over. Room was clean but that was the only good thing. Breaksfast was not kept filled. Items ran out. Never seen any staff only for them to get their own coffee.

Everything was good. But y'all have got to stop exploiting these workers. I think there were only three people on staff. There was a massive spill of liquid waffle mix during breakfast that didn't get cleaned up for almost an hour because the cleaning lady was alone and had to handle cleaning rooms and cleaning up the breakfast area. I was glad the breakfast had turkey sausage. But I was disappointed that there was only two or three links left with nobody to make any more because the cook was also handling reception. I gave y'all a good star review because the stay was clean and pleasant and it isn't the workers' fault that management wants to exploit there workers for labor bonuse/incentives that never get to those workers. But there should really be more workers than that to service this hotel.
