The hotel was convenient to our event and walkable to many restaurants, so we didn't have to drive. We parked our car for a fee in a lot across the street. The property was pretty clean but a little older/outdated. Nonetheless, it was a nice stay and the employees were helpful and courteous.

We loved the location It was extremely loud from the street, but also there was a block of at least two rooms across from us that were very noisy. And oddly enough, there was a young man that sat outside one of the rooms in a rolling chair ALL night1 meaning overnight. It didn’t feel safe- it made us wonder what was going on in the room. It was weird.

The proximity to Rupp Arena can’t be beat! I feel for the price it could use a refurbish of the rooms. The furniture is a little scratched up and just could use some freshening up. The pool was colder than we would have liked also.

Love staying here when visiting for events at Rupp.

Below average rooms. Perhaps the heavy use by the various groups attending sporting events and conventions makes it difficult to keep the rooms in top working order. To be a Hyatt property the quality of the experience is way off. The common areas were nice enough, but the room itself was long past its prime. Banged up, roughed up, worn down/out. The only thing you get is location; unless you’re attending something at Rupp or the convention center there is no bang for your buck. Staff at registration truly struggled with their computer system which caused delay in getting checked in. Parking is very inconvenient especially if the weather isn’t perfect…crossing a busy roadway to your vehicle and a ticketing system that requires a validation every time you want to leave the property. A very poor overall experience for the price paid. Stay elsewhere if you’re seeking a quality experience. There’s certainly no luxury at this location.

Check in was a breeze and staff are more than helpful and courteous. Valet parking is the way to go Rooms were clean and hotel seemed well maintained Perfect place to stay for an event at the Rupp arena. Didn’t try the on site restaurant but many options are within walking distance. Will definitely stay again.

Proximity to Rupp Arena, speed of elevator and the fact you had to use the key card to get to your floor. Nothing
