The A/c did not work well. Very humid in the room. The beds were not comfortable.

We came for one night for my son’s basketball tournament. It was my son, my mother, and twin 16 month old babies. My little girl found peanut m&m’s underneath the AC unit and almost choked on one and then when we pulled the sofa bed out my daughter found a vape from the previous guest and put it to her mouth instantly because that’s what babies who are teething do. Here we are 5 days after and my child has a COLD SORE ON HER MOUTH. I have no idea where else it could have come from since nobody around her has those.

We had some issues with the door to get into the room. Spoke with maintenance and they said they would look at it. In room was long hairs in shower and bathroom floor. In the evening went to talk to front desk, could not find him. 5 min later he showed up at test. Told him we could not get in. Said , what do you want me to do about it. Asked for his name, he said no! I finally figured how to get door knob to work to get in after 20 min. TERRIBLE PLACE!

Wanted an additional $50 to check in to our room at 1:30 so we chose to have lunch then come back. At 3:00 no rooms were available so we had to wait an additional 30 minutes to check in. If the policy is a $50 charge to check in early it should be a &50 credit to have to check in late.

When I arrived no one was at the front desk. It took almost 15 minutes for someone to show up. We were in town for a music festival so we came in fairly late 10:30 pm or later on the three nights we stayed. Each night our key cards would not open our room. This seems to be a regular issue as many other people seemed to have the same problem. When we came in on the second night there again was no one at the front desk to help us or another gentleman with the same issue. He called the hotel with no answer. He finally called another Holiday Inn in Lexington who called someone to come help us after at least half an hour for us and an hour for the other gentleman. Everything else was fine, but I'd be lying if I said those issues weren't annoying.

Nice room quick and easy check in and out

The room was clean and quiet at night. The breakfast was excellent and healthy. There were plenty of parking spaces and we were able to park near a side entrance by our room. The only disappointment was the pool was closed for maintenance. The location was close to UK hospital which was convenient for us.

Loved the coffee!! Was very impressed with their up to date breakfast area and offering something for everyone’s taste. Enjoyed our stay.
