The room needs some updates. I always think rooms need chairs r placed when they are worn to the point of having torn fabric, let's do better! Also when you provide rooms for four adults, they should have two queens at the very least, not full size beds. I was disappointed. Otherwise nice place to stay!

The room was extremely nice and roomy. The two T.V.'s were great to have. All the apliances in the room were much needed and appreciated. A sitting room and sleeping room was very nice. Overall thought is that we were very happy there! The Front desk lady was not very friendly when we were checking out. She seemed in another world.

Very close to everything and the staff were nice! You get two free drinks at the hotel bar. My fiancé and I stayed here for his birthday weekend. This hotel is very close to Fords garage restaurant and the mall! There’s nothing bad about this hotel. It is beautiful and relaxing!

It was next door to where we needed to be. There were a few hairs in the bathroom.

firstly the front of house staff were very friendly and helpful. we were able to check in early without any charge. the room was very spacious and had a separate bedroom and living room/kitchen. lots of breakfast options and a omelette station. room and environment very clean. x2 free drinks from the bar included per night perfect hotel, would stay here again

Room was dated but seemed clean. The breakfast at this hotel was amazing!!! I enjoyed the views of the pond behind and had a great lunch behind the hotel @ palmers.

There was a broken outlet in our room and it smelled funny. Like socks. Ewww. Housekeeping brought an air freshener and that was really nice. Also we didn’t find recycling bins in lobby and there were plastic cups in breakfast. We expect a better sustainability program in a 4 star hotel. But breakfast was delish and our room was clean and the pool was nice.

The property was very clean but the 90’s called and wanted this embassy suites back. If you went to church camp where everyone in the state met up you have definitely stayed in this place and it hasn’t changed. All the staff was nice except for the girl working in bar she was rude and didn’t want to be there and that old saying holds true …one bad egg. The rude bar staff. Very dated.

We have stayed here many times. It is very convenient to the restaurants we like and shopping areas. We like the breakfast that is very good and made to order. There is a young lady that cleans the tables that is so nice who has been there for a long time that always greets us with a smile and a “welcome back”. I think her name is Cheryl.
