Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lexington

The room smelled of mold and was falling apart. Hair and grim was all over the bathroom and stains were all over the carpets and drapes. The towels felt stiff and unclean. Wifi never worked on top of all of it. Lots of construction going on but they may need to tear down and start over. Decided to go somewhere else. Stay far away.

I like how new the room felt and I enjoyed the full size soaps and stuff. Oh and I like that I didnt have to put down a deposit. Bathroom was not plump person friendly, found a receipt by coffee stuff, we had a lovely balcony that was only accessible via climbing out the window. It was odd.

Ended up having to book a different hotel. Thankfully, I received a refund.

When we tried to check in because we opted to pay at the proporty they gave one of our rooms away. First was told because we opted to pay at property they didnt have to keep our room. Then was told they did not honor a third party( Expedia) The person at the front desk who's name was Dora is the one that gave us this information. First she said she was the manager and said she would not help us, also asked her if she owned the property and she said no.I told her we needed that extra room and she said she would not accommodate us. (I believe that they gave our room away because they made more money off of it )then she said my husband and I disrespected her and was canceling all the rooms and called the police. When the police came and we explained what was going on they told Dora that what she was doing was wrong. She also told them not only was she the manager but she owned the hotel, so she lied to us earlier. We ended up staying only because everything was booked. Property was under construction and a mess with junk piled outside in the parking lot everywhere. The beginning of our trip was a nightmare and rooms were okay and may have potential when everything is finished but Dora is a problem and her customer service is aweful.

The room was clean and one of the updated ones. The bathroom was small but clean. A lot of the rooms were being renovated. Staff was friendly at check in and check out but we didn't have any other interaction during our stay. There were about 4 parking spots being taken up by old furniture from one of the rooms. I had booked a king room but was given a double queen room. Overall, it wasn't terrible since we were there for a music festival and really only slept at the hotel.

It was a cheap place to stay outside of Lexington. The rooms were heavily bleached, but not thoroughly cleaned. Bathrooms were missing soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Front desk was not helpful and largely apathetic

Second room got canceled, got approved for checkout at 3pm. Then someone came and said the latest was 1pm Room smelled like mold

It was being renovated...our room was nice, clean, and new...there wasn't much in the way of amenities yet...it was pricy for no breakfast, but was convenient.

I rented a 2 bed room and my nephew was traveling with us and he is african american and the manager came and kicked him out the pool because of the color of his skin so we left the room and they wouldn't even refund us and we only stayed an hour and didn't touch nothing in the room

Breakfast was coffe and a granola bar .charge for service dog.construction .

No breakfast as advertised, microwave was broken, no hot water in bathroom, dirty towels and washcloths. Worst of all desk clerk attempted to steal monies $112.00 from visa. When I called location to check on this charge the evening clerk confirmed there was no additional charges or damages recorded and could not explain the reason for this $112.00.

Hotel could have been cleaner. Information at check-in, nothing was working. The vending machines were out of order as well as the elevators. The room was cleaned but not well. Sleep was hard, itchy all night. There was only coffee offered for breakfast.
