    For a 2 star hotel, this was one of the nicest ones I've ever stowed at staff is very helpful. The rooms were very clean, they have full size refrigerators, the rooms are large. And there's a recliner in the room they have bathtubs, the desk is large, there's plenty of parking. And of course it's pet friendly

    When we arrived, we were hoping to check in early, but not only were we told we couldn't check in early, we weren't even able to check in on time. To make matters worse, as we walked into the lobby, we overheard a staff member say, "Those people better not be here to check in." Hearing that as a guest was incredibly unprofessional and immediately made us feel unwelcome. The cleanliness of the property was also below expectations. Several areas appeared dirty and not well maintained, which only added to our frustration after waiting for our room. Once we finally got into our room, our key cards repeatedly stopped working. They deactivated twice during our stay, leaving us locked out and having to make multiple trips for assistance. One night, we had to call maintenance very late just to get our door opened. Overall, the customer service, cleanliness, and room access issues made for a very poor experience. We understand that delays and problems can happen, but the way they were handled was unacceptable. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.

    We had to move rooms because the burner didn’t work and microwave didn’t work. Shower was closed so tightly I couldn’t open the water. Sticky floors. Loud bathroom air filter. Low cost bedding (not cotton). No community room. No kitchen items need to buy yourself (go to the dollar store or target discount). The thing that made me leave early was the poor WiFi even after “upgrading” it was still horrible!!! Just stupid back and forth blaming the other party and couldn’t not issue a refund. Unhelpful manager who was away and never seen on the property. Pros: some of the staff were helpful and nice. Good value if you have a one night stay and don’t mind bare bones. For longer stays go elsewhere.

    I think they are waiting for a wrecking ball crew to knock the building down and start over. That’s not entirely true but room by room needs to be painted and super cleaned. I have stayed at other Extended Stay Select Suites and this one was horrible. I unfortunately had four nights to stay there and I pre-booked and paid for this so there was no moving on. First shock was the front desk is only open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday-Saturday, Sunday 10 to 10. When I say shut down, I mean they close a metal shutter and lock it up. Thankfully I didn’t have room key troubles after hours. The place is pretty tired and needs attention. There is a two-burner stove top, microwave and refrigerator. However, the room has no pots, pans, glasses, dishes, etc. Most of the Extended Stays I have been in even have a dishwasher. I barely found the trash can hidden away. I literally had a soap bar and two plastic flimsy typical hotel glasses. NO coffee pot, no shampoo, come on, that’s basic stuff. The staff was pleasant and dealing with someone else’s decision to make this a bare bones place. I will never stay here again and I would not recommend it.

    I travel for work. Nice place, but offers no coffee, so I buy it in the morning. I enjoy the full size refigerator, and the cook top. Would like it more if they cleaned my room 1 once a week instead of every 14 days.

    There was no hot water during the day I checked in all the way up until 11am the next day. All the staff kept saying is everyone was showering at same time, not true I got up at 3am water was still cold and it was 58 degrees outside.     We were stuck in the Dallas Fort worth airport with no available flight for two days. This was the only available motel, so we were grateful to get a room. For this situation, the stay was fine. We had a room on the first floor, so unfortunately the upstairs neighbors clomping around was noisy. The motel is old and not real well kept. We had very old, but working stove, frig, microwave. We had to ask for dishes/cups. The beds were comfortable. There is a Mexican restaurant close by and it was very good. In the AM the hotel had grab and go breakfast items and coffee. I would not use this for a vacation spot, but it worked out well for our situation.

    It was not in a nice section of town, and when I walked in, the first thing I saw was a large plastic trash can to hold (I presume) dripping water. Based on that and the people I saw inhabiting the parking lot, I left and forfeited my nonrefundable reservation. This is second time I have prepaid a hotel and found it did not deserve the 3 stars that it got.

    When I arrived at this place less than 3 hours after I made the reservation they told me there was no reservation that they never received it and we would have to get with Travelosity to get my money refunded. So I drove home- All night!! arrived at home at 7am and when I woke up a few hours later and called for my refund they said that I had NO SHOWED!!!!! Im so mad!!! Almost $200 gone!!! They are CROOKS!!!! I have called 3 times and no one seems to believe us!!!

    I was given a replacement key to the wrong door and when i entered it was a middle aged couple, mind you it was 1 am, asleep . I go downstairs and tell the front desk. The lady was nice but kept insisting that it was my room. I told her it was not. Called my co worker who was staying in there. Confirmed the room and had to be walked there to verify it was my room. Unproffessional and unsafe. Never staying here again.

    Location was very good. Was accessible from I-35E at exit to Corporate Drive. Chain restaurants were within walking distance and others along the interstate access road. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a laundromat with working washers and dryers.

    This was an "Efficiency Room". There was not a glass, plate or utensil in sight. They has to be special ordered. There was no ice in the freezer and no ice machine on premise. I had to go out and buy a bag of ice. Requested a wake up call that never came.

    Place is a dump my shower flooded the whole bathroom and was duct taped on. Upon check in the owner spent 22 minutes reprimanding and firing an employee at the front desk while customers waited and watched . Very unprofessional.

    The hotel is in an excellent location. There is a Cajun cafe in walking distance. The room wasn’t clean( found hair and had some dirt marks on sheets) I was later informed in was in a “pet room” and I didn’t have a pet. I also didn’t let that you had to pay 4.99 per Saul for decent WiFi. I couldn’t even watch Netflix without it stopping all the time. I also felt it wasn’t safe. There was a strange man knocking at my door the night I got there and the next morning. I called the front desk and let them know. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel especially families with children.

    We have stayed at various property locations for Extended Stay America. This by far has been the most horrible experience we have had. We arrived very late that friday night almost at 12AM and was told we should have checked in sooner by the night clerk. She attempted to over charge our credit card. Then was very rude about a deposit that was required to have on hold in order for us to stay at the hotel. We ended up having to pay a $100 cash deposit. No amenities were in the room. Once we were ready to check out that morning we were told they did not have our cash deposit and it would have to be mailed to us or given in quarters. We asked to have the manager contacted. Once we spoke with the manager he said he could be in by noon that sunday to give us our cash deposit. We returned at noon, no manager was available however the clerk did have $100 in cash to give us 4 hours after we should have received it.

    I chose this hotel for the kitchen, so that I could have plates, bowls, coffee pot in the room NOPE, NOTHING was in there you had to request it, why? That is why it is called extended stay for those reasons you want those items. I called to have extra towels brought to the room the front desk said, that I would have to come get them, the housekeeper does not come in until 9:30am and we can’t leave the desk. I was like what!! Well we had to stay at this hotel, couldn’t afford to go somewhere else because I would be charged for the room anyway.. well the whole hotel was dirty, if the housekeeper did clean and come in and work maybe the hotel wouldn’t be so NASTY!! On the water there was barely any coming out of the shower head and it was lukewarm like when you’re trying to give a baby a bath. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. when I told the front desk lady she had no care in the world, she was like I wasn’t aware of that, I told her I had pictures she didn’t even ask to look at them so that maybe they could correct the issues nope. Why see if the housekeeper could even come clean they come in 9:30 check in is at 3 what they’re going to stop “cleaning” the other rooms to “reclean” my room.. right...NEVER AGAIN. Candlewood Hotels is where I will be going back to!!!

    1st you can check the cameras to see who went into the room cause it was there when I left. I dont appreciate staying at a place and my things were stolen. It is the managers responsibility to make sure that the people they hire are truthful. They are to turn in things that's left in the rooms because some people come back to get it.     Great location for family visit, clean and comfortable. Only bad was just coffee (which was very good) & instant oatmeal for breakfast.

    At this hotel, correct me if I’m wrong, but on the card it states “folded linens” or something along those lines, which in indication to me, tells me that fresh sheets were not used for every new guest. Also, I noticed an ample amount of non smoking signs, which I feel emphasizes the issue they have or have previously had. I understand the reasoning behind every hotel guest being made aware of non-smoking, but when I turn in every direction and see a sign it’s rather questionable. The front desk staff were accommodating and friendly, but I feel the hotel itself is stuck as a vintage inn and missed the corporate Embassy boat on being upgraded/remodeled.

    The bathroom an A Room cleaninsness A Staff A+ I would highly recommend this hotel. Not sure I would call this an hotel as theres no continental breakfast but you get a stove and kitchenware, dishware, fridge and sink to make your own so this Extended Stay at Lewisville get an A+

    We reserved a single bed room, but they give us a doble bed room but it was dirty because they did check the room before gave it to us! Online says the check out it was at noon, but it really was at 11 so the charged me a certain amount because we check out around 11:20!!! Not so good stay!

    manager sergio, is the worst people there,,the oather ones were really nice...he dint wanted to accept my reservation from hotel.com wich i had been doing fir the last 2 weeks,,he kick is out and me and my kids end up on the streets getting wet..
