Best Western Plus Lewisville Flower Mound

Upon check in I was given keys to a room with people already in it. I walked in on a couple, which is very awkard for them and myself. I was then assigned another room which had an issue with the air conditioner. It was so humid in the room that the sheets and bedding were damp to the touch. The other room I had walked into was not like this, neither were the hallways and other ares of the hotel so this was definitely an issue with the room I had been assigned. In the morning I reported the issue with the A/C to the man at the desk. He was dismissive and obviously was not going to be bothered with my feedback. I then told him about being checked in an dgiven keys to someone else's room. His repsonse was to ask me for details about the other people's room. As if I had done something to end up in another room. I went to the room I was assigned, and used the keys given to me. At no point has anyone offered to do anything to help the situation. Where is the customer service? I was put into a room where people were already in their beds, disrupting their night and probably making them very uneasy for the rest of their stay, yet there has been zero follow up from the hotel.

As soon as you walk in the door of hotel you can see that the place was very nice and clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and a variety of choices that changed everyday.

The front desk picked up the phone, after midnight, and conversed with me. This is often a difficult expectation from other hotels. The front desk clerk seemed to care about my concerns to establish a late arrival, and seamless check-in, for my girlfriend (who had travel delays/difficulties). Thank you, sir, for the late night efforts.

The hotel was good. It’s the traditional by the side of the road Best Western. It was mostly clean although the room felt a bit damp and had a very subtle mold smell.

The room was REALLY clean. I clean my hotel rooms before taking my stuff out. All of my Clorox wipes were clean. Almost no dust everything was clean and smelled clean.

After having a very negative experience at another hotel, just down the road my arrival at Best Western was a sigh of relief. The night front desk staff, her name was Cindy, was very friendly and accommodating. She made sure that I was happy with the room and that everything was clean and in order. My room was very clean and you can tell that the staff takes pride and making sure that their rooms are clean and tidy for the guests. I would highly recommend this hotel for travelers in the Louisville and Highland Village area.

Nice spacious room, close to shopping, and the freeway. I saw a lady cleaning the room next to mine. She was on her knees cleaning the floor with a towel it to make sure it got clean. The breakfast wasn't too good, but the coffee was GREAT. I'll be back to stay here again, I'll just need bring a sack lunch/breakfast 😂

Overall a great stay, friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean. Only complaint we had was noise through the walls of adjoing rooms and above us. A large thunderstorm rolled through and we could hear the neighbors but not the storm. A little odd but overall satisfied with our stay

Everything really was perfect at this hotel. I couldn’t find anything wrong. The rooms are fresh and clean well cleaned. The breakfast was Above & Beyond. It was more than a normal breakfast bar. They had a lot of extras. Well staffed. I have to say I like the little water glass bottle in the room that was a great idea.

This stay was great! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Best I’ve experienced in a long time! Complimentary breakfast was great with lots of options. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Only complaint I have is that our room smelled a bit musty. Overall a great stay for our family and would stay here again!

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Very well thought out. plenty of light, very nice people, very large room, clean, glass shower door, cool glass water bottles that they sterilize and refill, premium shower soaps/shampoos. Much better facilities than most hotels at this level.

At check-in, it would be helpful if guests were asked about room preferences (upper or lower floor, near or away from the elevator, etc.). Breakfast is very good, and the dining area is spotless. My only suggestion would be to offer eggs made from real eggs rather than pre-mixed, along with a wider fruit selection.

It was a very good quality room with a very attentive staff! I will definitely remember Best Western as a hotel option going forward for any future trips.

The rooms could have been a bit cleaner, but they weren't bad. I had to go down and get a plunger for a toilet we hadn't used yet. The front desk offered to move us to another room or provide a plunger, but I had already unpacked, so I just got the plunger. I do feel they should have sent someone to do it. The noise level was not wonderful as you could hear a lot outside, but it was ok. The beds were a bit too hard for me. The staff were friendly. Breakfast wasn't great!! The waffles were good, but the sausage tasted funny. They didn't have many options whatsoever.

At the date of our staying was little cool weather, but Heater works good! The Stuff are very nice and very helpful of anything...like places recommendations and others, mostly we spoke to Mr.Carlos hi is the best!!! And there is no problem with the parking! Nice place a lot of restaurants and shopping centers close by.

Our room had a musty smell and we found Cockroaches in the bathroom coming out of the drain in the shower. Our room was never cleaned by house keeping and we had to ask for more clean towels to use for the week stay.

I did not like the fact that you tried to charge my card before I checked in, there was no reason for that even to verify my card!

Location andStaff is amazing. Breakfast could be a little bit more to it. Room’s door slam a lot, causing it to echo and wake you up and if you’re on the floor first floor, you hear all the noise from the upstairs room. If you’re traveling with kids, it could be annoying.

We enjoyed a weekend away with our three kids and found this hotel to be a perfect place to stay. I especially loved the sparkly countertops, fitness room, swimming in the pool with my family, and the delicious breakfast. The beds were also very comfortable. 10/10!!

Simple safe clean

Rooms were comfortable, breakfast was filling and Staff were pleasant.

We arrived at the hotel about 11:00pm and they were friendly and got us checked in and to our room quickly. Hotel room was comfortable, clean and very quiet. We got up the next morning went down for breakfast. Standard hotel breakfast but what was supposed to be hot was and what was supposed to be cold was.

It smelled like smoke and cigarettes our whole stay, we tried masking it with cologne but over time it would come back

This hotel is pretty nice, however, it is currently having renovations done. The lobby is clean and inviting with nice decor and colors. But just past the front desk and everywhere we went, there was small chunks of what appeared to be insulation or carpet padding all over the floors. I noticed this right away as did my 11 year old son. I understand that things may be a little messy when renovations are being done, but it was pretty excessive. We did not know there was renovations being done or we would not have stayed here. We only found out when we got to the elevator and saw the very small sign. We were already there, tired from driving, and ready to swim and relax for the evening so we stayed, figuring that renovations weren’t being done on the floor we were on. Wrong! The rooms across, next to, and caddy corner to ours was being renovated!! Seriously?!? My six year old has asthma and started coughing during the night and has been sick since our stay. The air conditioner sounded like it was going to fall apart any minute and the rattling was SO loud, making it pretty hard to sleep. The beds, couch, pillows, and towels were clean and comfortable. The room itself was clean and bathroom was clean. It appeared that specific room had already been renovated. It was nice. Except for the crooked cut on the bottom of the bathroom door. Looked like my kids did it. The pool was dirty and the water was pretty warm so that was a turn off. The staff was all very nice!

Even though they were updating rooms on my floor, there wasn’t any noise or irritating interruptions. Personnel were all friendly, professional, very accommodating, and all kept asking how they could make my stay better.

My wife and I stayed at this Best Western Plus for one night on May 27th, 2026. From the start, the front desk staff were very welcoming and checked us in immediately. I asked for a first floor room, as my wife was on a knee scooter as she had a broken foot. They accommodated us and the room exceeded my expectations. It was a King Suite and was very spacious, with a separate sitting area with a couch. There was ample space for everything and the bathroom sink area had ample space for both of our daily toiletry items. Breakfast in the a.m. was prepared by a very nice lady who welcomed us when we walked up and told us the various options. She was great and made us feel at home. It was a good breakfast and we went on our way afterwards with a pleasant goodbye from the front desk staff. We would definitely stay here again.

The guy on the front desk Monday morning was rude didn’t even ask how was our stay they opened my room door without knocking and I was naked

The staff at the Lewisville BW is like family to us. They go above and beyond to make sure we are well cared for. Thank you Carlos and Chris for taking such good care of us. Oh! And Room 205 is AMAZING!!!

There is absolutely nothing about this hotel that I didn't like. Our room was incredibly perfect for our needs. Everything was clean. The staff was incredible even when I was incredibly stupid, lol. If this hotel was in my hometown, I would just move in.

We really enjoy staying here. The staff were great and the breakfast was really good. They actually had Starbucks and an expresso machine that made excellent lates, all complimentary with breakfast. The front desk staff were also really great and professional. We will definitely be back anytime we’re in DFW area.

Bed sheets were stained from last occupant. It was obvious they did not change them. Changed rooms and the AC did not work in the second room. Opened window for some air and had to listen to traffic all night. Desk clerk was polite, building is a dump. They do not change bed covers between occupants. Do not recommend.

As soon you walk in the lobby it smells very clean. Rooms we clean. Breakfast was delicious. I like the fact that there are ladies there during the breakfast hours. They are restocking and cleaning. Even asked if we needed anything else. Over all very happy with our stay. Thick the rooms could benefit with lighter colors and a few updates.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable although had an old rough blanket on it. I took off my shoes and immediately getting bites on my feet and legs. Maybe dust mites in an old carpet. was so exhausted from an all day drive that I just went to bed. Replace carpet in room 307. The front desk person was lovely. It was just something in that carpet that ruined my stay. Breakfast was excellent and so was the lady there assisting. She was amazing too!
