The ONE Legian

Location was good. Some maintenance was going on and there was continuous noise of drill machines. Staff was not bothered.

We loved our stay at The One Legian! Nice location, great breakfast, lively atmosphere, lovely main pool and skypool. The staff is fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely one of the best stays in Kuta!

Everything was good and as expected feel it’s even more,, ratna was there, haven’t feel alone, i highly recommend, the place near everything, peaceful calm cool, i had a good time basically Nil

Room is bright, the entertainment system (TV) is great. The touch of a fruit-plate in the room upon arrival is a great touch! Also, a shoutout to Yosua. A great staff who is alway helpful during my stay! None

Convenient location Food and cocktails were very average

I have stayed at the One Legian 3 or 4 times. Each time I have always had a good experience. The place is close to most things, on the right side of Bali allowing a taxi ride quiet convenient. I find good value in this place due to its location allowing you to walk around easily. My only complaint would be that we requested an extra bed for our son. They jammed a small bed in a twin share room making our room extremely small. I have stayed at the One before so I know there are bigger rooms on the other side of the hotel so it was only that we were so jammed in the room that I didn't like this trip.

Noisy neighbours when they came in early hours - yelling, screaming and talking very loudly

Great location swimming pool was great. The bed I had was absolutely horrible. It was two single bits pushed together and when I went to sleep, there was a gap between them and it was always in my back and I got zero amount of sleep. The bed was absolutely horrible

Great location and staff were lovely as always. The spa was fantastic and the ladies were excellent. I had a great pampering session!

The location is great, right in the middle of Legian Street—a very busy area that’s perfect for shopping, especially if it’s during the last few days of your stay (like we did). The rooms are a good size, and we booked two interconnected rooms, which was very convenient. Overall, the hotel is good. We only stayed one night, and on the next day,y when we checked out, they charged an extra NZD 30 for late checkout—which I think is fair. However, there are a few things I didn’t like. The bathroom is quite small, and the shower and toilet are only separated by a curtain, so the floor gets flooded easily after a shower. What left a bad first impression was the person at the entrance, Rudy (or Ruby). He was not helpful at all. There were three of us with six bags, and instead of assisting us, he just stood there watching. Even when we asked about the lifts, he only responded after being asked. For a front-of-house role, you really need someone welcoming, professional, and helpful, as that’s the first impression guests get of the hotel. But when we were leaving, we met a young boy who was so helpful. can't remember his name. Another downside is that there are always strangers hanging around outside the hotel, morning and night. They wear fake Gojek jackets but aren’t actual drivers—they seem to be running other businesses, which doesn’t look good for the hotel. Apart from these issues, the overall stay was good and the rest of the staff were polite and decent.

Gym

I have been to the hotel an several occasions. Unfortunately the Reservation team over looked that and I was given a very ! Small room on the 3rd floor , older building . It was very uncomfortable and at the back of the building layout . I don’t think for a female solo traveler this is suitable . It’s become very dated over the years . It needs some upgrade .

I liked how central the property was. The staff were very friendly and happy to chat. The food was amazing and great value. I thought the mattress/bed was very hard and the pillows uncomfortable (but I am super fussy - will bring my own next time). Air con in room was fantastic and kept room cool, but felt it would be better with a ceiling fan also to help move air around.

The bed was large and firm so had a great night's sleep. The shower was good. Breakfast was fantastic! I was disappointed that there were no USB points in the room or the hotel lobby. We were desperate so the kind lady at reception let me charge for an hour in the morning until we were able to buy an adapter.

Location was grest. Prime spot in Legian Street. Several issues impacted our stay. The facilities were not functioning properly, and it was difficult to communicate with staff due to language barriers. We had to make multiple phone calls just to get the air conditioning fixed, and nothing was done until we escalated the matter—something that shouldn't be necessary. This created unnecessary stress and anxiety during what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday with my family. For the price we paid, the room was just average. Additionally, the mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable, leading to poor sleep.

having a currency exchange in the lobby. plenty of good restaurants close by. hotel room was nice and clean. pools were nice and clean. staff were pleasant hand looked happy. Starbucks right down stairs was a live saver at times. would be grate if someone could go around and re-silicone the shower heads so that they are not dangling. the flow of water was just too close to the tap due to the angle of the showerhead. TV was sometimes being controlled by other tv remotes in other rooms. didn't like the beggars outside the hotel pressuring us for taxies the whole time, I understand that they need work, but if they could just not be directly in front of the hotel it would greatly improve our service.
