The Magani Hotel and Spa

Everything was Perfect. the staff are amazing, the room was more than amazing. we were upgraded to a room with its own pool which was excellent. the restaurant was great, the entertainment every night was awesome. breakfast was fantastic. we will deffinately be back

Breakfast excellent. Common area, corridor, space and general design like a big chain hotel. Spacious room. Shower water cannot fully drain on floor. Light switches in room are separate and some switches are even hard to find.

Great location, room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection each day, and the barista coffee was so good. The pool was great - never felt crowded. Would highly recommend. We stayed in a room alongside a street and you could hear the street noise at times. We didn't mind it at all but perhaps request the other side of the hotel if you're wanting something quieter.

Room was great, food was awesome, staff were wonderful. All good. Not a complaint

friendliness of the staff and their service to us as visitors to the hotel. Breakfast was good for the price. Rooms kept very clean and re-stocked daily. Very central to all our needs. im thinking the coffee has changed, as this hotel once had the very best coffee. Having to return to perth two days early?

+ Price/Value was excellent + Good restaurant/breakfast/in-room service + Super spacious room - Hotel can be a bit loud if you have your balcony towards the pool area - No option for late checkout, I would have needed to pay 1/2 of a night rate to stay until 16:00

Pools was refreshing and clean. Bed was amazing especially the pillows!! Wonderful staff who were very friendly and the band whilst we had dinner were sensational! The bathroom sink didn’t drain well.

Room was fantastic, clean had everything we needed. Staff - amazing, friendly and can't do enough for you. Pool - very clean and great music in the background - pool bar staff friendly and great selection of cocktails. Breakfast - great - had a good variety. everything was fantastic it was our third time staying here. Will be coming back to the Magani on our next trip to Bali.

I love staying at this hotel. It is centrally located, facilities are excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. I was lucky to get a room upgrade, however it faced the main road and was a little noisey with hoons on motor bikes, not really the hotel’s fault. An excellent hotel that I’ve been coming back to for years. Highly recommend Nothing

Breakfast included with stay was incredible. Huge selection of Asian and western foods. All tasty and large selection of teas, coffee, juices. But the pool..room balcony overlooks large outdoor pool in a secluded area from the street. Totally unexpected considering the business of the street outside. Swim up bar and cool and refreshing water. Staff very welcoming. Had supper and a takeout lunch from restaurant and food was reasonably priced and yummy! Very responsive to our requests. Upon arrival there was karioke and drag queen event which was very loud just beside the main check-in lobby. After arriving from a quiet, laid back island, this was a little overwhelming and made the check in process challenging due to the noise. It did stop within the hour and then everything was wonderful. Just a bit of a shock initially.

The pillows weren’t very comfortable I had a sore neck every morning when I woke up

Every single member of staff was amazing. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfasts were great and varied throughout our stay. Great prices for food and drinks. TV could have more apps in addition to Netflix and Youtube.

Location was great and lovely staff Swimming pool area is very crowded and only gets the sun between 10am - 2pm and that's split between either side of the pool. Breakfast was ok, food was not labeled correctly, i.e. chicken labeled as fish, veg omelette came with ham. Rooms have basic amenities, not enough water 2x 300ml

We stayed in room 5001 and the neighbours dog started barking from 5 am in the morning every morning and then they started barking a 11pm at night and wouldn't shut up for hours. I did complain to reception, but I think this is something that Magani has to sort out as it not a good thing for the hotel. And even our friends staying in other rooms heard the dogs barking too so this issue has to be addressed.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Pool was lovely and could usually find a sunbed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Mozzarella restaurant was nice Only issue we had was the shower leaked out onto bathroom floor, we just put towels down to soak up the water.

The location is good, walking distance to the beach. There are several restaurants, shops and massage shops close by. The breakfast spread is quite good with many selections. Almost all hotels in this area have a checkin tome of 2:00pm but this hotel has checkin at 3:00pm. I assumed it was 2:00 pm and cane a bit early. I had to wait a long time, exactly till 3:00 pm to get my room. The room is quite spacious but there is only one mirror above the wash basin which is next to the toilet and shower room. After taking a shower this mirror becomes foggy, wiping it does not make it completely dry and i have to wait some time for that to happen. There is enough space in the room to add a couple of full length mirrors, i wonder why they don’t do that. It would be nice if they can add a few lights on the ceiling, right now all the lights are either table lamps or on the sides.

great location nice spacious rooms great facilities loved the restaraunt and atmosphere connecting doors between rooms not noise proof so can hear too much next door pool loses the sun as between the buildings
