Really nice small hotel, was perfect for a short stay. Beds were very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and we had a nice breakfast. The pool was also nice

Great ambience with the pool in the middle of the hotel. Location is a bit difficult to get to die to constant heavy traffic. Restaurant is fantastic. The staff was incredibly kind and super helpful. Rooms are modern and very nice.

In life hotel a bit smaller, but it is a boutique hotel so was ok. Stayed 1 night, very close to the beach, but when i was there it was raining and i do believe beach more for surfing not swimming. Staff are amazing, breakfast not bad also Nothing all was good

THE LOCATION IS AWESOME & WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEACH & TO THE SHOPS....THE TRAFFIC IS AN ISSUE IN BALI SO LOCATION & THE ABILITY TO WALK PLACES IS IMPERATIVE........THE STAFF ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY & POLITE & HOSPITABLE & GREETED US NUMEROUS TIMES DURING THE DAY....THEY WERE ALWAYS SO OBLIGING & WANTING TO MAKE SURE WE WERE HAVING OUR NEEDS MET. THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS HOTEL IS EXCEPTIONAL & VALUE FOR MONEY I LIKED EVERYTHING & IT IS BALI THEREFORE I MAKE ALLOWANCES FOR ANY MINOR ISSUE THAT MAY OCCUR..........AND IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM IT WAS ADDRESSED IMMEDIATLEY WITH A SMILE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel has a nice aesthetic. The food was great, including the Christmas eve dinner. They have a variety of breakfast selection. Rooms were clean and have ample space. Staff were polite and attentive to needs. They are also responsive on Whatsapp. The hotel is near shops and restaurants. The staircase going up to the second level is exposed to rain. So it becomes wet and quite slippery especially during rainy season.

The hotel feels very new, with a tree lined pool in its central courtyard which was much appreciated on hot and humid days. We had the breakfast package which was very good value with a good range of items to choose from. We also ate at the restaurant, and found the food to be delicious and well presented. The staff were impeccable, and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was a comfortable one. As an example, my husband was not well, and they very thoughtfully brought ginger tea to him with his meals. Every member of staff we encountered was happy, courteous and welcoming. Our room was comfortable, with everything that we needed. The location also was good.

There isn’t much seating around the pool. I wouldn’t really describe it as a good family hotel as the pool and the area around it is quite small, but for couples or groups of friends it’s good.
