Beachfront, everything we needed was right there. The pool was awesome and the breakfast buffet absolutely amazing, everything you could ever want. Staff were friendly, the kids loved it. No complaints, we were well looked after

Pool facilities were excellent. Breakfast was great. Proximity to the beach and to the Legian town was very good. The fitness centre was small.. Also it was open only from 8am to 6pm, and a bigger and better centre would ideally be open longer hours than that.

Beautiful property and room—the design is stunning, very tropical and quintessential Bali. The grounds are gorgeous with so many flowers, and the squirrel tree was a cute touch. The staff were truly excellent and went above and beyond, even singing happy birthday to my husband at breakfast. I can’t say enough nice things—an excellent stay.

we went in rainy season & it rained non stop for most of the week we were there. the staff, however were always very helpful with umbrellas & assisting with bringing things to the rooms when required

Excellent hotel, catered perfectly for a family member who required a disability room and the pool had a ramp access. He was able to navigate the hotel on his scooter without issue. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast amazing.

The breakfast is one of the best! It's amazing with lots of choice. The room was beautiful and clean. It was our 2nd stay in 6 months. Will come again. The hot water could have been hotter!

I asked for a room near the pool, for my son and I. They gave us a Bungalow literally 10 metres from the pool. It was excellent! The buffet breakfast was the best I have ever had in all of my travels. We will definitely be back and recommend to our friends. Excellent location. Could they print paper maps for the local area, as I was having a technology break.

I liked the pool and walking distance to the beach. For the price, the value was not there. This hotel was equivalent to a Motel 6 in the US. The facilities are very rundown. We felt that the staff was not very helpful. Frankly, I would not return ever. In need of a major renovation.

The breakfast was amazing. The staff were lovely. I didn't like that it seemed too hard to change a recipe or check ingredients for gluten free.

Spa area clean & helpful I found the reception staff arrogant as if they were more elite than the customer. Concierge took my JBHifi bag which had pool products that needed repairs but I think they thought there were electronics inside weather someone else took it at the lobby car park where they are suppose to look after baggage or the personal decided to keep. Pool closes at 7 pm so to bad if you want to swim after a day of shopping or meetings.
