The Room has a damp /mouldy smell to it which was very unpleasant . They could do with some updated sun lounges around main pool .

I liked the traditional feel to the property. Staff were lovely. Great breakfast. Location was fantastic - we could walk everywhere! Liked that there was the option of a second quieter pool area on the roof top if needed. Great value for money. If I had to say anything it was that the room was a little dated, but we were hardly in our room anyway.

My husband getting stuck in the toilet because the door handle fell off. Also door handle on room also came off. Just needs some maintenance

Old and run down, room smelt like mould. Floors and bed were dirty.

Location is good- we stayed here last year and it was perfect so we booked again this year- VERY DISAPOINTED after such a great experience for our 6-night stay in 2024 we decided to stay here again for 12 nights for our 2025 holiday. well, wasn't that a mistake- reception staff were rude and not inviting, they tried to charge us for a mattress at $35 per night which was more than the actual room- this was from a mistake their end with the booking. the Vibe definitely was the complete opposite from the previous year and that was so disappointing after looking forward to this stay. WIFI doesn't exist in the rooms that we had, 1 of our rooms had no hot water and nothing was done about it when we mentioned it to staff, pool area is still very slippery and dangerous (we saw a few nasty falls) all these issues have been raised in previous reviews and the hotel have acknowledged on the review but nothing actually gets done.. VERY DISAPOINTED and we will NOT be staying here again

Cheap price Cheap but bed was hard, WiFi didn’t work, limited tv (no YouTube or Netflix) thermostat didn’t work. Didn’t like smell in hotel.

Good to see the upgrades are continuing. The additional WIFI is much needed WIFI or lack of., kept dropping out.

2 pools, one on the rooftop and a larger one on ground level, location was very good, short walk to beach, shops and convenience of in house restaurant with room service. The Spa was perfect and convenient for therapeutic massage from professional and experienced staff and high quality, that was a daily treat. Hotel staff were exceptional. The pillows all need replacing. The hotel guests with no consideration for other guests. The hotel needs to put signs up reminding the guests to be courteous to others as all would like to enjoy their holiday.

Paid for x2 same size room. One room was half the size of the other room

Transfers were good and room was adequate after relocation Was initially sent to a store room with a bed under the stairs , opened the curtains to get a view of corridor I had just walked along. No privacy. After refusing was taken to a standard room. Cleanliness was average. Nothing special. Buffets are good value but same food relabelled differently each night. Go once only.

check-in... staff... efficient service... room service and food housekeeping efficiency and quality were not so good. we booked 3 rooms... all were not spotlessly clean...( long black hair and such on floors)... the mattresses were perfect but the pillows substandard. I realise the age of the hotel and the continuing upgrading of rooms.. much appreciated. the request for rooms closeby and the request for single beds only was not quite met.. we had two adjacent rooms and one far away... we had two single beds in one room and double beds in the other 2. If I was informed of this before arriving, I may have booked another hotel.
