It was a great experience staff was super helpful and the breakfast they serve is both healthy and delicious.

This hotel is nice, but definitely not worth the price of the rooms. Everything was just average. The beds were less comfortable than most hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms had nothing extra special in them. I just don’t understand the difference in cost between this hotel and the many other hotels nearby in League City. This one is newer, but that’s about it. I probably would not stay here again.

Location was near our family member’s home. Shower was good. Recent renovations must not have gone well. The bathroom had NO ELECTRICAL OUTLETS at all for hairdryer, etc. attention was given that by staff, but nothing was done. They told us that workers would have had to run the water and electrical too near each other, so the electrical was left out! No attempt to give us any compensation or offer of new accommodations was made. There was only one chair and no sofa, and request for another chair was refused.

The Woman Asia at Front desk and Kate who patrols the area was very rude to me and made me uncomfortable. Very unprofessional to be mean to guests on their stay at vacation as well as violating their privacy.
