StripViewSuites at Signature

The AC was nice, room was clean and spacious, the pools were lovely!

The listing on Hotels.com is not what the property actually offers. We booked a two bedroom suite thinking that it would be a two bedroom apartment of sorts instead it was two separate rooms connected by an exterior door. Check-in was tricky. The property got our reservations mixed up with someone else. The property was clean but not super up-to-date in terms of technology decor, etc..

I paid for a penthouse floor suite and didnt receive that room

Booked the rooms through Hotels.com, Hotels.com made reservations through Stripview Suites, so MGM could not find the reservation and did not want to help me locate the reservation. I saw several guests at the counter having the same issue. Very frustrating check in experience.

We arrived to our room and didn't realize when we booked this it was not actually booking into The Signature but rather a third party. When we arrived in our room it smelled horrible. We immediately called the property Manager SVS and they gave us some options so we opted for the room spray. It didn't help. We left for dinner and came back and was going to make coffee for the next day and the coffee pot had mold in it. We yet again contacted the property manager and Expedia. Around the same time I went to wash my face and brush my teeth only to have pure brown water coming out of the faucet and the bathtub, We immediately filled the tub for proof. We called the property management company and Expedia again. I spent over 2 hours on the phone requesting refund or to be moved to another room. We were told there were no other rooms. Expedia did compensate us with a small amount of key cash but the property management company did nothing. There was also hair all over the floor. They did send housekeeping to mop it up and check out the brown water. Disgusting property with little upkeep. Please book directly through MGM for these suites. The room smell never went away. Huge lesson learned for us. Not worth saving a few dollars!!!! Shame on you SVS Property Management for not making this right!

no enough towels, toilet paper and coffee. replenish supplies cost $35 for delivery. sofa bed is very uncomfortable.

Fraud! I paid for one room and they gave me another and wouldn’t resolve the issue. I have to get legal involved. Check in took 1 hour to find my booking. No business service center, refused to refund my money due to there fraud

I stayed from Friday May22,-25th 2026 at the MGM Grand signature suites on the 15th floor room 821 so Friday upon arrival they gave me a very hard time checking in They kept on stating that I was not in the system I wasn't able to get in my room till almost 5 pm in the afternoon that's two hours after check-in later that evening I requested a blanket. I was denied then I requested room service I was denied and lastly, I asked them for CLEAN n dry towels and I was denied because they said all that had to be taken care of through the third-party company when I went down to the front desk I told them about me not being given a penthouse suite which is what I paid for. They said that I had to reach out to Expedia because the room they gave me was the room that I had been assigned to by the third-party company it was expensive for horrible service I received plus the deposit given for a penthouse suite with balcony and strip view That I was not given what I paid for + I was denied towels. I was denied blankets. I was denied room service room cleaning, when the 3rd party company got back to me I was told I had to pay additional for room service. The three days we were there we had to use the same dirty, damp towels I had to call them at least four times for trash pickup service I hope something is done about the situation because this is not right in any way shape or form because you guys got your money it's not professional it's not right. It's just unacceptable. Thank you.

PH STUDIO SUITE AT MGM SIGNATURE. ROOM WAS CLEAN , SPACIOUS AND NICE. JAS A STANDING SHOWER AND JACUZZI TUB. DOUBLE SINKS. KITCHENETTE AND BALCONY. WE WERE ON A HIGH FL.. RATES WERE PRETTY DECENT FOR A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. ALSO, FREE SELF PARK AND VALET

The room was roomy and comfortable for 2 people. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked well enough. The room is not owned by the hotel, so if you need anything you do have to get a hold of the management company. We didn't need anything, but when I did have a question they were quick to get back. I have stayed at the Signature many times, I was a little disappointed that 2 of the 3 pools were closed, the one that was open is in the shade. So we had to use the MGM pool which is much louder and has a lot more people.
