It was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. It had a few electrical issues. The microwave had to be replaced and the plug in the bedroom didn’t work.

Quiet & clean-aired place(non-smoking area in whole hotel) due to absence of Casino. Hotel is located just close of MGM, Bellagio, ARIA 10 MIN in walk and Sphere 20 min in walk. Although kitchen faciliies is in every room, I want Breakfast is prepared. Shower hose and head should be installed for water conservation (You know Vegas is very expensive place for water).

Very clean, really good space and located in a good spot. Close to everything you need in Vegas. The pool wasn’t open yet, but I know it will be ready and it will look good.

The following were all good or excellent. Location bed, suite, towels, self catering facilities, staff, parking, just about everything. No restaurant for breakfast, no pool although use of next doors at Marriott available, no nearby shop for general provisions.

We enjoyed our stay, the parking was excellent, staff was nice. Room was clean, huge, and included a kitchen. Only stayed one night but this is a great location and would be perfect for a multi day visit to Las Vegas!

The room was huge! Much more than we needed for 1 night! There are also live in apartments and the corridor we were on smelled very strongly of food. Perhaps to compensate, the apartment smelled very strongly of artificial air freshener, which I am sensitive to.

It’s off the strip. The rooms are spacious with a lot of features like a kitchenette, full length mirror, iron and ironing board, thick, soft comforters, and great water pressure in the sparkling clean shower There’s nothing I didn’t like. It met all my needs

Property is located 2 blocks east of the strip, so only a short walk away. Property is well kept, secure (requires key card to enter building and to use elevators), and the rooms were clean.

The room was spacious and clean and the location of the hotel was great - it was nice to go back to this calm and quiet hotel after the Strip. I completely understand they take deposit but it would be nice to be made aware of that at check in. Also it was a shame the pool wasn’t opened.

We booked a Junior Suite which was ideal for us. Plenty of space and a large kitchen. Bought some groceries at the nearby Target so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. All areas in the room were clean and functional. Short walk to the Strip. Entrance to the Miracle Mile shopping arcade and Planet Hollywood are just over the road. We booked a few shows with the concierge which was super convenient. All in all a good stay with helpful staff.

Not an expensive stay seeing how close it is to the strip. Staff were excellent and the room was well laid out and comfortable as well as quiet. Would recommend to anyone going to Vegas The pool was out of commission at the time of our stay

The pool and hot tube are under repairs for a while.

We stayed in a junior suite room. Full kitchen and plenty of space. Morning coffee and tea. 2 blocks from the center of the strip. MGM 4 blocks south and the Bellagio 4 blocks north. Really enjoyed the stay.

This was an excellent smaller value hotel within 2 blocks of the Las Vegas Strip. There was plenty of self parking on-site at $10 per night. It was a good value, with spacious suite style rooms, but not many other bells or whistles. My room had a kitchen, so I could make my own coffee or cook a meal if I’d wanted to. There was a Target within an easy walking distance, so I could buy fruit and yogurt to eat in the morning before I hit up the MGM grand breakfast buffet, also nearby. The hotel is just off the strip which I am a fan of close but not as crazy of a vibe as some. The bed was actually really good for a hotel bed which is pretty rare I feel like. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Although a little out dated it was clean which is my number one requirement when selecting a hotel. The only downside was the pool is under construction which we knew going into it. They do however offer passes to the hotel pool next door and that worked well just a couple extra steps needed.

It is a great combination of location, price and convenience. Very short walk to the strip, you will appreciate the quiet, comfort, spotless cleanliness, facilities that look brand new, large rooms, full kitchen, and a price that is almost half of what you pay in the mega hotel next door. And the staff all smiles and ready to assist. Wouldn’t change a thing

There is no pool right now. It's being remodeled so it'll be awhile. But, they worked it out with the hotel next door that's right outside the front door practically to use theirs. So, if you really need be able to swim it could work. Other than that everything else was pretty cool

The front staff was nice and helpful when we arrived. The lobby looked nice and had a little shop. Our rooms were clean, spacious and looked recently renovated. The beds were really comfortable. The price was great. The parking lot is right out front. We will stay there if we come back to Las Vegas. :)

I count my lucky stars that I found this hotel because it was absolutely perfect. Close enough to the Strip (5 minutes) without the Strip noise. No casino on site so no smokiness. It truly felt like a home away from home. I like how secure the building was (you needed your room key to enter after hours), how nice the receptionists were. We did get upgraded to a suite so we had so much more room than first anticipated. The Murphy bed was comfy enough and easy to get down at night and store during the day. There were dishware, silverware, knives, paper towels, pot holders, etc at our disposal. Having two sinks was nice, one in the main bathroom and one in the hallway of the private bedroom. I cannot think of a single thing that was lacking or wished was different. Would 100% recommend to others!

This was our repeat stay - love the location (10 mins walk to Bellagio), $10 parking, no resort fees, the amenities and the wonderful staff. This is our default place to stay in Las Vegas! Only bummer is no pool on site for renovations - but you get keys to go swim in the Marriott next doors. The view from our rooms had a partial Strip view - great to see the Sphere from the bedroom. Had an excellent stay and will come back!

The room was big, clean and very comfortable. The location was great, very close to the strip (5 min) but still far enough to avoid the crowds and the traffic, in a more quiet area. There is also no casino at the hotel, which we appreciated, as it was more quiet and relaxed than any of the casino hotels we visited. A very nice place to wind down and rest. Although the hotel was in a more quiet area, it was not well soundproofed and we could hear a lot of traffic noise.

It looks like the sink faucet and shower head may need upgrading due to mineral buildup. The bathroom baseboards could also use a deep cleaning. Additionally, a longer shower curtain or a slightly higher shower base would likely help keep water from spreading onto the floor.

Great location just a few minutes walk from the strip, but away from all the noise.

Everything was great all staff wonderful except the concierge. She is really the reason for lower rating. She was rude, she told me to sit down and while I’m asking her questions she did not give me the attention, filed papers, didn’t look at me, made me feel like I was burdening her for asking questions on things to do with my family. She made undertones that certain attractions were “for the young”. I am a very active 63 year old, out walked my 35 yr old daughter and son in law and 22 year old daughter in law. She really pulls down the place. Highly recommend they replacer with a happy, excited person who engages with their client and doesn’t assume someone older can’t do certain things. The concierge. That’s the only thing I think they should change.

Our room had two queen beds in separate rooms. Very comfortable Murphy bed in living room area. Separate sinks and mirrors . No casino.? No smoking hotel. Coffee in the morning in the lobby. A short walk to the strip. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Location next to the Strip. Miracle Mile shops and Planet Hollywood casino just across the street. Easy walk to the MGM, New York New York and other Strip destinations. Staff is very responsive, room is spacious and clean. Couldn't be happier with our choice of hotels!

Needed a place with a kitchenette, (as my wife has severe food sensitivity and a bad reaction can ruin a day very quickly) and wanted something close to the strip. This fit the bill nicely. Property is very well maintained and very clean. A block from the "Miracle Mile" entrance at PH, and two blocks from the strip. Zero complaints.

We had quite the day before arriving at the Carriage House. When we walked in, we were greeted by Georgia, what a sweetheart! She was so pleasant and helpful. We got to our room, it was clean, smelled nice, roomy. Thank you for making our stay great!

The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It was convenient to the strip and was safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything from booking tours to advice about what areas were safe at night. Our only issue was that our room overlooked the dumpster and twice we were awoken by the garbage truck at 5AM.

It was an amazing experience. The staff in the front desk was super kind and helpful. The hotel room was super big, in one side of the room there was a king bed and in the other one a living room where there was a bed wall. We wanted to stay at a hotel in Las Vegas that is very close to the Strip so we could walk to many places in the center during our family vacation. We had stayed at this hotel many years ago and were very satisfied, so we wanted to stay here again and we do not regret our choice. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite and everything was great. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and we were able to find everything we needed in the kitchen. We didn’t experience any problems during our stay, and we enjoyed the advantage of having most places within walking distance. We highly recommend Carriage House to everyone.

We felt safe staying at this hotel. They keep the front doors locked and the parking lot seemed pretty secure. We were able to park our big vehicle there. It was also about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the strip, which made it really easy! The prices are affordable and the room was really clean. Also the staff was friendly.

Absolutely loved my stay here. I stayed here with 3 others. The staff was so sweet. The room looked like a mini studio. Loved that there was a dining table and full kitchen. We all slept comfortable. Will be staying here again next trip to Vegas.

No issues with the property, it was in good condition, clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, sound from the street is very loud and the windows don't seem to dampen the sound much at all. I would stay here again but would request a room not facing the main street.

We were very happy with our stay here. Check-in was easy and the staff very friendly. It took a minute to figure out how to use the elevators, but we like how secure they were. Our room was clean, up to date and spacious. We were there for two nights, and would gladly come and stay here again if we were in the area.

Had a great stay. Location is REALLY just steps off of the strip. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. Allyson was great with check in and check out! The room was quite, clean and spacious. A wonderful experience using Carriage House and can’t wait to come back.

As the other reviews show, this is a great hotel - specifically clean and quiet. I had a huge spacious suite and enjoyed that it was off-strip so very quiet. It was only 10 mins walk to the strip, so certainly well placed.

I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated all of the amenities. Having a microwave and fridge in the room was very convenient. There are some really excellent places to eat within walking distance, and trying new food made my trip even more enjoyable. The staff was always helpful, and I look forward to booking another stay later in the year.

Perfect spot from which to walk and enjoy all of Vegas! Parking was quick and easy, front--desk staff was pleasant, and room was very large and very clean.

Pool wasn’t functioning yet. Very nice alternate to the huge hotels where it takes forever to walk from parking terrace to the lobby and pay $20 too! All while carrying all your bags:( This is a gem!

Convenient, just off the Vegas strip!

We recently stayed at the Carriage House as a family of 2 adults and 2 young children. The place was clean, spotless and very walkable (a couple of minutes walk to Planet Hollywood and 10 mins to Bellagio). We booked a 1 bedroom king suite that came with a full kitchen, which was super useful for us with young kids. We had a partial strip view without the bustle of the strip, and personally we appreciated the no casino and smoke on site though casinos are a short walk away. Tons of dining options within a 5-10 mins walk. Overall, highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet safe clean location within minutes of the strip with safe and affordable parking ($10/day). The coffee in the lobby during the mornings was a welcome addition!

We enjoyed are stay here at the Carriage House. This was a great place to stay. It was off the strip but within walking distance & close to the local transportation. The beds & pillows were amazing!!! Everything was very clean. They were remodeling the pool but made accommodations to swim at a hotel close by. Everyone was very nice. We will be staying here again in the future!

This is a Vegas gem. 2 blocks off strip and took us a minute from the front door to our suite. We had a full kitchen and separate sleeping area. Very clean

We wanted to get away from the glitzy Strip and this was great, close enough to walk to our show @ Caesar’s Palace but far enough to be quieter. And no casino machines in the lobby!! Only downside is the race track just outside.

The Carriage House was a great option for someone wanting a more modest and quieter hotel on the strip. Had there not been an extreme amount of traffic and confusing road closures due to the Grand Prix coming up, we would have found it to be the perfect location too. It should have been easy to drive to and walk from, had the race not been an issue. This is not a reflection of the hotel, as it was perfect for our needs and exactly as described for a reasonable rate. Without a casino and restaurant, there was practically no noise and people compared to the famous hotels, but it was easy to walk to the others to enjoy their shops, casinos, and restaurants. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly.

Really close to the strip without being right on it. The room they gave us was huge. I think it was at one point two rooms as one side had a bedroom a kitchenette and a bathroom. Then you go through a door way and there was a full kitchen another bathroom and a living room with a couch and Murphy bed. We only spent one night here but the experience was good. We walked to the Miracle Mile shoppe across the street for some food. The staff at the hotel were very nice as well. The full fridge in the living room side was super loud but I could still sleep and the Murphy bed was comfy. My mom slept in the bedroom and said it was fine but she did hear some noise from outside in the middle of the night. Overall great hotel for the price

Our one bedroom suite had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed and furniture. We love the low key atmosphere but yet we were just a 5 minute walk to lots of entertainment

Absolutely loved our stay. Great rooms, and the kitchenette was a great touch. Very conveniently located, a short walk from the main strip. Outdoor pool and hot tub were amazing. Great price. Fantastic staff that were so polite and helpful. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. You will not regret staying here!

Great little spot just about a block and a half off of the strip. Reasonably priced considering others around the area. Very clean, comfortable rooms. They are in the middle of renovating a part of the facility, but I was totally unaware. No sign of construction or a mess. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

A lovely place to stay while visiting Las Vegas. We loved the location close enough to the strip but off enough for a quiet night sleep. Parking at the hotel was key for us as well. Easy to travel to from the airport and easy access to the next part of our adventure.

Hotel and room is basic and needs an updating . The bed was pretty comfortable but otherwise not a room we wanted to spend time in .Kitchen worked but lacked modern appliances or cookware . Basic TV service only , old TV Bed was comfortable. Bad coffee in room. Room smelled of cigs .

Totally surprised about this hotel, after having a previous horrible experience in Vegas I was a bit scared booking this hotel because of the price but definitely was a hit! It needs some updates that is true but the room was very clean and that for me is top priority! The beds were comfy and the distance to the trip is walkable! I will be staying again without a doubt!! Free parking too!!!

I’ve stayed here before. Fridge, microwave, no safe though. Pool was available but it was cold in LV so we didn’t bother. Large room, comfortable and clean. Not noisy. A block off the main street. No restaurant onsite, though.

We loved the quiet of this hotel and pool, away from stinky casino smoke and the hustle and bustle. We loved the convenience of the little kitchenette. The bed was nice and firm. We would definitely recommend staying here, and will be doing so again!

Always a nice, quiet stay at the Carriage House. It's convenient to walk to the Strip but great to return to for a peaceful nights rest.

We liked the Carriage House was a couple of blocks off the strip, had free parking, and had three security guards posted so we felt safe

We had a good stay. The suite was very nice and comfortable except for the sofa bed. We have one more night back there before flying home, and will see if the rollaway cot is better!

Very friendly staff and very clean rooms. Really a very short walk to the strip, Planet Hollywood is directly across the street. Free parking and no resort fees made our stay very affordable and it was like having our own upscale apartment with full kitchen! Even had a separate vanity for my wife! I was really impressed.

Bathroom is limited in form and function. Contractor quality installed fixtures ina a very cramped space. Bathroom not in fair dimension to the unit room. Limited hot water, air-conditioning is continuously humid. Lack of AC maintenance.

Out kids are older now but I would definitely recommend The Carriage House if traveling with younger kids.

We only stayed for one night and weren’t in the hotel for long as we spent most our time on the strip. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, it could use some updating but overall not bad at all. We were a little disappointed the pool and hot tub were closed but it was cold out so it’s hit or miss this time of year. Would for sure stay here again.

Very nice hotel with large suites and TVs. Very clean and no smoking. Wish I could stay longer.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. We stayed in a king suite with a kitchenette, it was huge. Bed and pillows were comfy, large bathroom, nice towels. We had been traveling for a few weeks so a nice laundry area was a nice plus. No resort or parking fees were also a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again. Concierge was helpful in getting tickets to a show without having to pay the online fees.
