Breakfast was plentiful, varied, and yummy. The bedroom was quiet and spacious. The onsite restaurant's food is very tasty. Hum, can't think of anything.

Nothing When I arrived not only did I have to go through a police checkpoint but the self check in that I was led to believe would be straight forward was not. Nobody was there apart from an off duty chef who tried to help but he was just doing me a favour as there didn’t seem to be anything set up to check me in. When I arrived into the room, I was shocked at how horrible it was. Even if it had been clean it was a low quality student type Accomodation from the 90s. There is no way this can call itself a hotel and that is even if it had been clean. It was not!. The toilet was dirty the curtains only half hanging over windows that were covered in an opaque contact. There was a spare camp bed base in the tiny room beside the small single bed that was meant to be my bed. When I looked at the tiny kitchenette area, I nearly jumped out of my skin to see a large cockroach run across the kitchenette table. I grabbed my bags and fled. I left and had to take a taxi out of town to the only hotel I knew as I’d stayed there earlier in the week. It took me hours to calm down. I am not including a photo of the cockroach as I can’t stand to look at it myself and don’t want to upset any other booking.com users by having to see it either but I do have a photo

Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, had it all in one place. Meat restaurant was great. Breakfast was a little trying to get a server to tend to us. Good location.

Excellent location. Tasty food in Meat Restaurant. Clean comfortable room. Reception was on 1st Floor, however the elevator did not stop on the first floor due to a fault. Senior staff need to be more engaged and aware of all aspects of the hotel, restaurants and generally overall.

Breakfast: No cereal but otherwise satifactory --eggs, various salads, dips etc Toast. Coffee, cold drinks. Served fairly promptly. Dining room menu quite satifactory and tasty. Excellent staff. Everybody very friendly.A reliable and quick elevator ..we were on 3rd floor. A/C v.gd. For observant Jews there is an active synagogue on premises with regular daily prayers. Hot /cold water drinks available 24/7. Finally ..place kept spotless and bedrooms cleaned daily with towels. And an unusual extra if needed ...a taxi driver on call . Outside the high walled Chabad centre security excellent!! English spoken. The tourist assistance could be improved. No soap in the bathroom altho liquid conditioner, shampoo and shower gel all present. No lounge facilities but could use the dining room to relax . Re our booking with you we thought were getting the larger room for 3 persons; we managed tho with smaller room.
