However. And I'd like to think it was a one time thing, because without it everything would be perfect: the shower ran out of hot water in about 20 minutes. It was very strange, especially for a 5 star hotel. That's it though

The property is advertised as 5 star. However is not more 3 and half. I didn't not like as the property was refurbusihed but the quality of materials and work is cheap. I did noy like the smell in the room.and the cracking walls. Some of the furniture is old style. The windows do not have black out curtain therefore a lot of light was coming into the room. The shower area is not properly looking when looking at the tiles.

The bathroom was a little bit cold as there was no heating source in the bathroom. We were there in January but during the summer it should't be an issue

Loved the modern vibe and decor. Good location with clean facilities. Towels were not changed, it would be better if there was a warning.

The bed was extremely comfortable and one of the highlights of our stay. The room was very clean. The staff were lovely, friendly, and very helpful. We felt that a small fridge in the room was missing and would have been very useful. There were several power outages in the room during our stay, possibly due to the rainy weather. For two nights, there was no hot water in the room. We had to request it several times, and on one of the days it took a few hours due to a technician needing to arrive. The hotel does not offer breakfast, which was a bit unclear to us, especially since there is a large kitchen area visible in the hotel. The pool and outdoor area are beautiful, but unfortunately the pool was very cold and not heated, so we didn’t get to use it.

Pool was lovely, evenings in the outdoor yard were romantic. Just started out and were quick to bring us anything we lacked in the room Next time hope the pool is heated. We didnt have a kettle in the room and they were quick to bring one

The locatin is not bad The property has 5 stars while it deserves one.No elevator, no kitchen,room not prepared, no glass,no towels and no toilet paper in the room.Stayed one night instead of five even though we did not get our money back.Booking does mot help to get our money back sending us to the good will of the owner who does not have any

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Colonial Hotel in Larnaca. The hotel is beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and has a warm and inviting atmosphere. What really made our experience stand out was the outstanding hospitality. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel at home — even allowing us to stay at the hotel for several hours after check-out on our last day, which made our departure much more comfortable and relaxed. Every detail showed how much they care about their guests.
