After visiting many times all my previous stays were good but this time i had to tell staff twice about what I needed. 1 negative doesnt make it less its excellent hotel and service but this time it was questionable as my request for laundry was also not entertained. I dont like to say stuff twice

The breakfast buffet, loads of choices. Had the dinner buffet at an extra cost, also incredible. The Gym was decent too Construction noise. But we changed rooms and it was all good

They have an excellent buffet breakfast and the hi-tea feature is also nice. Good gym in the basement as well. The rooms are always smelly with mild drain odor. Have reported them so many times during my stays and the problem persists. They simply use freshness and that is not the solution. They promised changing my room but did not. They must fix their drain/sewerage line and p-traps so the rooms do not get a consistent drain0like smell. Also the room was right next to the lobby and a bit noisy. Second major issue with their facility is a very tight and little parking space in the street. Getting your car in and out is a hassle even if you can find a spot.

Good location. Basic facilities: Not even a complementary water bottle in room! No mini bar. There was a small fridge which was empty. Breakfast: Plenty of claims to be the largest and best in town but it misses any fresh juices, joghurt etc. Cleanliness: Bathroom had odour due to not enough ventilation. Floor mat in front of bathroom door was wet and hence slippery. Just a shower towel in bathroom. Upon asking for hand towel, i was told that we dont have hand towels (A second shower towel was provided though). No regular room cleaning. Nothing mentioned about it at check in. No info in this regard available in room. I thought the room would be cleaned and linen/ towels changed daily as standard. However nothing had been done when i came back in room later in the eve of 2nd day. Inquired at the reception and was told that i should have left my key with them for this purpose. If you order something (food/drinks) in room, no one comes to pickup the dishes etc. With no standard room cleaning carried out, only if you order another thing, will the older leftovers/dishes be cleaned.

the best thing about this place was the breakfast, which was excellent, the menu offered great variety, and the kids really enjoyed it. the location is very nice too. Cleaning and room service need to be improved
