i liked everything abiut the hotel it was super comfy and m willing stay more nights

Ac not working properly washroom is not impressive welcome water should free of cost

Nothing Only location "All my money was wasted. The room was big, but the AC wasn’t cooling at all from above. I had to spend the night in extreme heat. It wasn’t properly clean either, and none of the switches were working. A lot of my work got delayed because I needed to charge my laptop and there was no current in the switch. 5,000 for one night is way too much. Even 2,000 would have been too much for that."

I visited but i did not stay as it was not meeting expectations Bad sheets ambience etc not good

mattress was very dirty , no clean at all bed & washrooms dirty & dust everywhere

Location The property was super dirty. There were bugs in the bed. Room was too dirty The Washroom was too dirty. Staff was casual. Most of time reception desk was without anyone. Dont know why they operate this property if they can't clean it. Won't recommend

This time our experience wasn't good because there were bed bugs in our room and also the room which we booked wasn't given to us.

Staff are really nice

The location of the hotel is in quite and less busy street of Gulberg, A small super mart was in a vicinity. Many attractions of the city were in a 20 mins drive reach. There was a small dhaba attached to the hotel where you can have tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner items etc. For sure cleanliness of the rooms and specially the toilets should be better. Hot water for shower was not available properly, my kids couldn't take shower throughout the stay as the weather was cold enough. Beds were broken from inside and uneven. For the first two days some different room given which did not match the description on the website. I made a request on Booking.com to the property at the time of booking that Free breakfast should be added and the property replied positively over the mail but it was denied upon arrival at the hotel.

Nothing there to say I like it We checked in at night 11:30 pm, and. Leave the hotel after 3 hours, dirty wash room,, no room service kitchen dirty, on request no heater available, I paid the full amount and did not get any thing return
