The room on the first floor had a nice bathroom, comfy bed, and ac could be switched to heat as it was rather cold. It was easily accessible to many areas. Firstly we were given a large family room on the ground floor, there was no running hot water, We were promised the water would run, but it never did. We were eventually moved uptstairs to a cosier double room. The hassle of being moved is not acceptable especially as we had unpacked etc. No fresh towels were provided.

Nice stay .. excellent service.. Best in the quality and quantity ratio analysis in the price range of room charges.. cooperative and welcoming staff.. room service was timely and efficient. Room service like tea, milk & mineral water was expensive.. charging three times to market price and the excuse from them was that in hotel line things are expensive. Example of it they charged 350 rupees for quater size 0.25 litre of milk pouch which is 90 rupees in market.

Bath room was clean. Room was clean. Air-conditioning was noisy, strong warnish smells whole hotel building. Pillow and bed was not comfortable all stuff was very old. I saw some bugs on the bed.
