I've managed the booking by changed the check-in time to 00:01 AM when I arrived at the hotel they didn't accommodate us so we have to book the room out of the application while my reservation was confirmed and I showed them still they didn't agree to give us a room we have booked. Pathetic service. Very bad experience.

Nothing! It’s very bad, please never go there The rooms shown on Booking.com did not match the property at all. When we arrived, the room was dirty and the bed sheets looked unclean and worn. The restroom was also in very bad condition. Because of the hygiene and the mismatch with the photos, we left the property right away. I would not recommend this place.

1st they didn’t gave us room in the same hotel they mentioned in the booking.com They overcharged us They were not cooperative They room they gave us was very small and 1 double bed with matters for 2 other people.

We didn't like anything. We had good past experience of this hotel from 4 years back so this time we chose this hotel for same reason but the moment we entered the premises we had to leave it. The reason I'm mentioning here. The staff is uncooperative. Person Waqar sitting on reception is quite roudy and ill mannered. He keeps complaining about the owner and not in a mood to show courtesy or give service. We leave the premises as we enter the room. The room he gave ever after the booking is too small and smelly. The pathetic experience we had. They had to upgrade their services to continue there business otherwise they are about to collapse.

There was nothing to like and mentioned here The hotel location was acceptable, but the overall service was very poor. There was no internet, and when I requested it, the staff made excuses, saying they had already complained to the authorities for repair. The bathroom smelled bad, and the towel provided was of very poor quality. Unfortunately, I arrived very late at night; otherwise, I would not have stayed at this hotel. I had to spend only a few hours, so I compromised with the situation — but I would not recommend it for anyone expecting basic comfort and service. nothing overall bad experience
