Very nice stay. The staff was hospitable yet professional. All my needs were taken care of in a timely fashion. Thanks to Alizeh, the complimentary fruit basket was a nice touch. Nothing.

Well! I really appreciate Mr. Samdani, in the front office, he upgraded my room and the check-in was very quick.

The only thing that was a bit annoying was that during my almost 11 day stay, my room key would stop working after every 2 days. I would have to get a new key. Otherwise everything was great.

Managing a hotel during the night shift can be challenging, but the Night Duty Manager Kashif Butt demonstrated excellent leadership and attention to detail. They were extremely approachable, quick to resolve issues, and made sure every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of.

Great hospitality at Park Lane Hotel! Kashif Butt, the night duty manager, went above and beyond to assist me. He was very professional, calm, and supportive. In the morning, Aliza continued the same level of excellent service. She was friendly, cooperative, and made the check-out process very smooth. Thank you both for such a pleasant experience.

Its peaceful, secure and safe. The new MTO Salman is a gem and a great resource at park lane. Plus the guest relation manager Mam Ayesha is so nice. She offered free coffee. I guess its good overall. But for two people stay they only place one pair of slippers. Which is a bit awkward.

I have been staying at Parklane Hotel quite often and its always a lovely experience. Ofcourse we are all humans and we do have some limitations, even then the staff is very supportive The price is now hiked up. It should come back to the pocket friendliness :) We would love to stay here without the necessity to frequently count our cash :)) hhehe
