Central location at the heart of Lahore makes it a convenient hub for any purpose. Excellent attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure everything was ship shape.the bed was very comfortable, good bathroom with amenities. Complementary water bottles provided. Breakfast buffet was the highlight. Vast variety of choices.room service food was also of good standard. The hotel is set back from the main road which can be difficult to find, no formal lobby to speak of. Restaurant area was semi small.AC was hit and miss, would reset after power recycling and take time before it would could be switched on.

Everything was perfect.

Apparently I made reservations for one night in the beginning of Feb 2026,but when I went there they said it was for March,since I neede the room they said we have executive room that was double the price so I paid half heartedly,and told them to cancel my reservation for March.But then I received a WhatsApp message from their front desk that I have a reservation in March also,which I had to argue that it should have been cancelled.Snd she said she will make sure to take care of it.I hope u guys didn’t charge for another reservation in March,I am already back to US by the beginning of March.Thus hotel is not worth that much money they are charging Narrow space,lay out not good at all
