The staff are very polite. They're doing their extra ordinary best for a place that's so poorly manage. The room was very dirty,cobwebs, the restroom was very dirty. Mosquitoes everywhere and the bedspreads were dirty. It's a place where prostitutes brings their clients to stay. The staff are very nice and polite, that's the only good thing about the hotel.

the front desk staffs, the securities and cleaness of the hotel the supervisor or manager (a man) was very rude to me and lack customer service relationship, on the day of my departure my flight was for 12pm but was delayed with about three hours and i wanted to stay 2 hours in the hotel before moving to the airport so i offer to pay half of the room charge the desk office agreed but requested to get permission from the manager unfortunately the manager refuse the off and ask that leave the room exactly 12pm or ....... and considering i stayed 4 night in the hotel i was disappointed.
