Excellent customer service. Staff were supportive, warm, friendly and professional. food was lovely. The location can be a challenge. As there are some people hanging around the vicinity which can come across as unsafe.

Staff are helpful Internet fraud guys are many in the hotel ( yahooboys) they are like 15 around the hotel smoking of weed around the hotel premises.

The clean room & 24/7 light The staffs & the disappointment I got the first night because they give my booked room out without informing me about it so I slept in another hotel for a night before I got my booked room a day after

The Reception was awesome, my Husband and I lodged here for 2 weeks total and I have to admit sometimes the Lobby was filled with Guests checking in and out, some were a tad loud, but we were greeted nicely each time we exited and re-entered the Hotel. Bathroom was clean and was kept clean by the Room Service Personnel The parking was limited and some nights a little awkward to get into, but the security personnel worked miracles every night.

The room was clean, light was on 24hrs, the staff were nice and very helpful. My first room AC stopped working after 3 hours and it affected my sleep time.

The staffers are ok, just wish the front desk officers will smile more frequently while dealing with clients. The Chef (Murphy) was exceptional, very down to earth, understanding and compassionate. My customized breakfast was superb. Mercy at the front desk was cool too. Everyone makes me feel at home with their friendly nature. And my room was home away from home, I love it the overall experience. The presence of those young boys with sagging jeans makes me uncomfortable anytime I come across them in the hotel, which is all the time as they are always around. I'm sure they are harmless though.
