I booked 3 rooms and suprised because the room size are very small, bed and wardrobe cabinet looked very old, the room felt humid, and not the same as in the photo..one of the bathroom was dirty and found a dead cocroach on the floor. The AC in 2 rooms not cold at all, only 1 room ok. The bedsheets were not clean, Whole night can only sleep like 1-2 hour.. very uncomfortable. Breakfast delivered to the table infront of our rooms, and the menu were bread with jam, eggs, fried noodle and and a plate of watermelon sliced fruits. Should do more in the room facilities.

I was expecting a basic room for the fair price, but I was disappointed by it not being clean enough, plus some amenities can benefit from a minimum of maintenance for basic pleasant experience.

We only stayed one night and it was pretty cheap, so did not expect much. Friendly staff. Not the cleanest place but it was fine for one night.

The pool Breakfast was served by nice people Smell from the bathroom was terrible, my whole room smelled like chemicals and I could not stay there without fully opening my door. At night I heard noises like there would be rats in the wall or roof. Zero help or support from the staff. Dirty room, dirty bathroom

Big smiles !! We were kindly greeted at the airport by the staff, & transported comfortably to the Taman Sari … the room was clean & served us well as we were only there 1 night, in transit to Lombok .. thank you Taman Sari Team

The hygiene was extremely bad, white towels and bad sheets not white anymore. Please just a little effort will change this place quality a lot and please remove those towels with full of holes

Very affordable with a good location in the center of Kuta, close to the beach and shopping, with friendly staff. Hot water in the shower and nice pool. Quite tired and old, in need of reconstruction. Noticed stains on sheets and towels, and the ceiling leaked during rain.
