The room is quite spacious, clean and tidy. No Lift, must walk upstairs to 2nd floor. But the helper help to carry our luggage.

No lift to go up 3th floor room we have leg n nee problem goingup....i paid for Buffer Breakfast was sevre no stand...very poor too... Pls do infom before do booking no lift to all level...n no Buffer Breadfast....

just the swimming pool Outdated plumbing system, dirty rooms. really is a different hotel compared to before. Stayed here multiple of times and last stay was actually a shock. had to check out way earlier

The location is great as you are just a few minutes walking away from Kuta's main center. Also, the pool is nice and once inside the (open) hotel you would not think it is adjacent to a busy road. And it's cheap.. I've stayed here before (before Covid) and the place was in much better shape then. While the rooms itself were good, on first entering we could smell the unbearable disinfectant that had been sprayed so we needed to air the rooms for near to an hour to get the bad smell out. Bathrooms were OK but not nearly as clean as I remember them to be. Beds were also OK and clean enough. Staff answered when asked for items (toilet paper, extra towels) but could have been more friendly. Maybe this is all related to COVID, but I feel management needs to step up quite a bit to get this property & people to where it once was.

Location was a bit far, but not bad by any means. There was nothing about this hotel I didn't particular like.
