Great location comfy clean room

I arrived at around 6.30pm. There were staff at the reception and could check in immediately. The check-in form included, among other conditions, that if the sheets were stained (blood and tattoo ink), I would be charged. It was fair as there was no deposit required. Throughout the stay, there was always a staff at the reception which is nice in case of emergencies. The room and toilet were clean. The electrical sockets were updated for various plugs. There was no traffic noise and party goers. The aircon was cool and quiet. The surrounding garden is clean. I had to walk 2 floors up. Not an issue with a backpack. But a challenge with luggage. I am sure there would be some help around if you had luggage. The room door is not sealed shut, thus you could hear people walking and talking along the corridor. The other rooms doors closing reverberated the noise in the room. You could hear guest and housekeeping opening and closing the doors throughout the night and day. Although I was on the top floor, I could also hear the furniture being dragged on the floor. These noises caused me to wake up every a hour even when I tried to sleep in. There is no table and chair inside the room. There were small ants in the room. The road leading to the accommodation is barely more than a width of a car. It will be a challenge for your taxi to go in mid-day when the road is busy. So, be patient.

The property itself is absolutely stunning, blending modern comfort with traditional Balinese design. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a private balcony that offered breathtaking views—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the pool area, which felt like a tropical oasis. Surrounded by lush greenery, it provided a peaceful escape, and the poolside service was excellent. The hotel’s restaurant also deserves special mention—the food was delicious, offering a great mix of local Balinese flavors and international cuisine, all beautifully presented. The location was ideal, conveniently close to popular attractions, beaches, and shops, yet still quiet enough to feel like a serene retreat. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, adventure, or a bit of both, this hotel delivers on every level. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali. It offers exceptional value, outstanding service, and a truly memorable experience. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Bathrooms were a bit smelly from moisture

Hotel is near to Kuta center . You can walk to Kuta center and enjoy the streets/food . We have included breakfast with room. It was nice and we enjoyed . They arranged different breakfast for different day. not such thing

Everything Nothing

Nice surrounds rooms are clean and spacious nice stay

Property was nice. Room was comfortable. Restaurants nearby. The street leading to the hotel is an extremely narrow road that scooters go both ways on, cars fill the road and walking is very difficult. Because it is so close to beach and mall, I had Grab drivers decline trips between hotel and beach. I don’t blame them. It takes about 20- 25 minutes to drive between and they only get a pittance because of the distance. However, for a person with disabilities this is a problem.

Room need a wardrobe to put up clothes in. Bathroom needed extra towel hooks .

Good value. Several good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. A bit of a walk to the beach.

The room was spacious with a beautiful balcony. The location of the hotel was close to a lot of eateries and attractions. The facilities mentioned on booking.com were not provided. Basic toiletries such as toothbrush were missing. Hairdryer was provided upon request but electric kettle was not. The room didn’t have a telephone to call the staff so we had to walk 3 flights of stairs to ask for anything. Also the bathroom stinks like sulfur which made it uncomfortable while using it.
